Who's ready for Governor Gaetz?
LazyPiranha replied to Jason's topic in The Political Re-Education Camp
I try to avoid learning as much about these chuds as possible, do people actually like him? -
Have you seen an F-35 in South Carolina? One has gone missing WWW.NPR.ORG The pilot ejected safely from the fighter jet near Charleston, S.C. Now the Marines want the public's help in finding the aircraft, which is part of a training and demonstration squadron. A SC rep asked on the pedo bird app why it doesn’t have a tracker on it, which seems like a generally poor idea for a plane that’s supposed to be hard to find and all.

What can I say, I’m on the edge of a lot of things. Also put whatever you want on a pizza, who cares. -

I don’t know how we got from grabbing titties in public to clean mining practices, and I refuse to read this thread to find out. -
McDonald's to Eliminate All Self Service Soda Stations By 2032
LazyPiranha replied to Keyser_Soze's topic in The Shower
As someone who occasionally goes into a McDonald’s because I have kids on the road…. The self service soda stations suck ass. Hardly ever maintained it cleaned, as wet as the floor of a men’s room for the blind, weird ass lid dispensers, etc. I almost never see anyone go back for more either. So if it’s an extra hassle to keep clean because the general public are monsters and the vast majority of people are one and done, then yeah, remove them. -
Ken Paxton impeachment trial starts today.

Depends. Are their victims also rich white men? Then possibly no. -
I don’t know enough about state regulations for this sort of thing, or why they would know on such short notice. If this place stopped paying people three weeks ago and is shutting down now, that’s a pretty brief window. If you run a place like this do you have to show the state that you have X number of weeks/months ready to go at any given moment?

I see the same arguments trotted out over watching baseball. I think men in general need to get over the idea that they need a reason to just hang out and then we can fucking bury baseball/golf/nascar/whatever in a shallow grave and move the fuck on.

People on FB are saying my husband was a predator
LazyPiranha replied to CastlevaniaNut18's topic in The Shower
With an age gap that relatively small, I think it comes down more to behavior that anything else. We used to call people who graduated but still came back to hit on the younger girls crater scrapers because they were either creeps or because no woman their age was interested in them. When you’re 19 and hitting on the 15-16 year olds who are amazed you have a car, then you’re just weird. I don’t know what is pin down the number to, but once you have no valid reason to be in the high school sphere, if you’re reinserting yourself into it I’d say you’ve entered creep territory. One of my best friends was a year below me in high school, and once he was out I never had anything to do with that place ever again. I moved at the same time which certainly made it easier, but even if I was still around there isn’t a chance in hell I’d be going in those circles for anything. Your situation is different than that, so I’d say it doesn’t apply, but given the same age gap and a different setup? Sure. -
General Gaming Just beat NieR: Automata.

Man if you think Automata’s second playthrough is a slog, don’t ever play the original. -
Neo-Nazis march in Florida.
LazyPiranha replied to CastletonSnob's topic in The Political Re-Education Camp
I think a lot of people want to come up with reasons and excuses for the Trump era, and a lot of them are trying really hard to downplay the fact that a LOT of people just flat out agree with him and think the way he thinks. Air time and uncritical coverage only get you so far, if putting something in front of your face endlessly was all it took then this entire message board would be nothing but threads about Raid Shadow Legends. I still maintain that the far bigger problem is social media then time on cable. Pre-social media if a weird Nazi offshoot in Florida made national news what was an aspiring chud in Nebraska to do? Move? Get an out of state phone book and start cold calling? Put out feelers in the local community? Your options were limited and dangerous at least in the reputation context. Now though, you can immediately connect with the same group online and anyone else with the same idea countrywide. Traditional media just hasn’t caught up to the modern problem. Honestly, I think directly quoting them is less of a problem than directly naming them and their organization. -
I don’t think there’s a genuine or easy solution to the problem. I don’t think there should be a hard age cutoff, a significant portion of our country is elderly and we shouldn’t cut them off at the knees politically even if the boomers are particularly problematic. Them dragging us down isn’t fixed by a younger generation completely forsaking them, it just changes the unfairness.

Neo-Nazis march in Florida.
LazyPiranha replied to CastletonSnob's topic in The Political Re-Education Camp
Honestly, the cybertruck’s only redeeming feature is that it seems tailor made to be driven into a group of nazis at high speed.
