I downloaded 1 and 2 about 2 weeks ago on the psn. I had to first open Hitman 1 and register for the free IO account so that it links the first game to your account. Then upon firing up H2 it put me right into the first level with the house on the beach. You might be able to exit out of that to get to the main menu. I just played through it before finally getting to the main menu,where I registered H2 to my IO account. Then I was able to download the Legacy Hitman 1 levels so they appear in Hitman 2. THEN I was able to delete Hitman 1 from my PS5. It sadly isn't as clear or easy as some might think.

I don't believe you will receive Hitman 1 and 2 with the purchase of Hitman 3. If you already own 1 & 2, you can link them to Hitman 3 and have access to all levels through the Hitman 3 launcher.

I ended up watching an "unboxing" of someone opening a physical copy on YouTube. There was no code inside, just the disc. After the install, the game had the same old logo for the game and upon boot up, his menu in game looked just like mine. I'm going to assume it's installed right. I feel like I'm making a bigger deal out of it then I should. But with all the controversy surrounding the ultimate edition being a separate thing, they could at least call it that when you install/play it.

I've been trying to catch up the last hour because with work and kids, I had no idea shit was going down. What a day to be offline.

I feel like I searched everywhere. I deleted the game. Went back to the sale page for Control UE, click download and it takes me to the normal Control page to download. Weird. I guess I won't worry about it until the PS5 patch comes out.

Does the game actually show up as "Control Ultimate Edition" for you when downloaded? I already owned vanilla Control digitally and tonight I just bought the Ultimate Edition for $20 in preparation for next months patch. Bought it, hit download, and the game has the old black and white "Control" logo. Nothing extra comes up to download under "manage game content". The 2 expansions say purchased on the store but no option to download them. I launched the game and it doesn't mention anything about the expansions being installed. It's bugging me because I swear I saw a video online where someones PS5 had Control Ultimate Edition installed and it had the games new box art as the icon to click on.

Looks good! It feels weird that every new trailer I watch, I get this strong curiosity toward the end about how and when it's releasing. It used to always be "In theaters - - - -". Now with Covid and theaters, it's like hmm I wonder what service this is gonna be on. Doesn't feel natural.

The last time I put time into a GT was one on the PS4. The only racing game to ever put me to sleep! (I would mostly play at night due to kids, and the light elevator music in the GT menus put me to sleep multiple times).

That ending was just perfect!

I'm convinced they don't want people to actively buy/impulse buy games on the PS5 from the store. The deals section does not come up there. You'll find a half ass ps+ exclusives list but not the main one. When a new deal starts like Black Friday or an end of the year sale, I'm pretty sure you will see a banner for it on the PS5 store one time. After that it never shows up again and you have to search for each individual game. Just grabbed Man of Medan is on sale for $9.89.

I remember Devil May Cry 4 being so repetitive with the boss battles. I forget the exact scenarios. But by the 3rd or 4th time fighting the same people I said screw it.

My PS5 sits on a shelf a little bigger than the one Chris posted and it's been fine so far. Hoping as long as it can exhaust the air out the back it should be fine. I never hear the fans kick up so its good for now. We'll see come summer.

According to Wikipedia: "Cyberpunk 2077 was announced in May 2012. Trailers for the game were released in January 2013, at E3 2018, and at E3 2019. The game was initially confirmed for Microsoft Windows, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One announced at E3 2018. Stadia was announced in August 2019." So in my head I'm thinking they probably started out as a pc only game. Due to the success of The Witcher 3 smack dab in the middle of this time period(2012-2020) they got an influx of investors and money. Got talked into expanding into releasing on consoles as well. By the end, they ran out of time and all versions suffered.
