    I work at a college and I can tell you it’s a bizarre world of one-up-manship, the game being who is the most enlightened and sensitive. The participants are a mixture of the naive and the cynical. Still, it’s better than crazy ass “real men this, real men that” BS of the right. It’s no fun being caught between extreme empathy and extreme apathy. But if I have to live in a world where people over do things, and I always will because this is D’Earth, then I’ll Choose caring over hate.

    I... do we need sex on everything though? I'm not remotely prudish about liking sex or the female form (+ @Derek& @Boyle5150 of course! ) but this just feels like more pandering for dudes who are having a hard time with the ladies. Let the market decide I suppose, but I cringe a little all the same.

    Yup, Tyranny cliff hangs in a way that clearly indicates it was either a full game made incompletely or a finished game that was intentionally cut in half. Either way, its an unsatisfying experience, despite having some truly engaging game play elements you won't find elsewhere!

    Great games will usually sell well, and Divinity 2 was a great game. Tyranny was not a great game. PoE II, much as I enjoyed it, was no Divinity 2!

    Overall, its a world and story you want to see, but the Combat is acceptable at best and annoying at its worst. Also, there is a puzzle section that I HATE because of the intentional visual distortions going on. It all fits with the story and world, but it didn't make that particular part any less annoying. Still, I'm glad I played and beat it!

    Having owned the Vive, Oculus, and PSVR, I feel the Oculus offers the overall best experience. Its HMD is the most comfortable, its controls are the best thought out and most comfortable + closest to the best of both worlds in being half motion wands and half an Xbox360 control. The software library is also better managed than Vive's "lots o' crap with some high quality games too!" approach. All of that said, 2019 looks like the year for generation 2 of these platforms.
