Either Snyder drew that himself, or he commissioned an artist to draw it for him. The later seems more likely, but it is crazy to think that this was important enough for him to go to those lengths.

Yup. Like I said this is clearly a DC exec (poorly) stating that they don't want official images of their heroes in explicit sexual acts, and the Internet has run wild with it.
