I played the first 15 minutes of Metroid Dread and really enjoyed it. Hopefully, if we get a lot of work done on our house today, I’ll get a bit more time!

UK education is funded so that with careful management teachers never need to spend money themselves - but it is no where near close for the ambitions to the UK has for schools (a world beating education for all and full provision to support people socially, those that are disadvantaged and those deemed at risk). Like the most of the world it’s a sector that is deemed necessary, vaguely respected, but woefully undervalued.

We’re moving on Friday and this is the worst experience of my life. I’ve been to the tip (dump) about 8 times in the last 2 days, spent about 6 hours in our loft (attic) sand have spent the rest of the time either packing boxes or looking after my daughter. Still have loads that needs doing and…2 days to do it. I cannot wait for this self inflicted nightmare to be over.

If you haven’t played it, get RE7 and play that first. Both games are awesome and deserve a play.

Finished Billy Summers and really enjoyed it. We’ll paced with a decent ending (which hasn’t been a feature of much King in the last decade). Now reading The Man Who Died Twice by Richard Osman which is a fun read so far.

As if this ended up being good.

I really wish Nintendo would get some RPGs onto the Nintendo Online set up but that seems a bit much for them.

I’m all about the 6 meals a day life - sadly my actual life doesn’t allow for that. So I eat maybe 4 times a day, with a snack in the mid-afternoon.

I finished Kirby on the bus (the main game anyway), I’m not going to 100% it, but trying to decide whether I can be bothered with the extra parts. The answer is most likely no and tomorrow I’ll buy Metroid Dread.

Hitting that point of the year where finding time to do anything is tricky, especially with playing guitar a lot more. I’m going to consciously sit down and finish Kirby and then the Forest Temple (to restart my families summer of Zelda). Then, I’ll be buying new games - either going down the Indie route and play a few, or a longer game.

It’s a really, really fun game. Platinum at their best.
