Thatâs a hard pass -
You donât have to âcareâ about review scores to find what the reviewers say about them interesting or helpful.

Seems a bit contrary to the âSony hates smaller unique thingsâ narrative.

That last con is interesting. On the Bombcast they sorta listed that as a pro as they enjoyed the extra goals it gave you to accomplish in order to lift the ailment

Television Shadow and Bone on Netflix

Finished it as well. It def has a few little quirks but overall I thought it was really really good. I could watch the grow group forever. Give me an offshoot series with just them doing heists. -

Iâve never been wrong and Iâll never forgive this movie for putting me in that situation lol -

Yeah....so I was prepared to stretch a lot to love this. But what the fuck was that. Why is the accountant from the Dark Knight playing Shang Tsung when the original dude is still alive. Shang Tsung was originally and old guy anyway. Who the fuck is this brand new guy whose trying to punch his wife out of the ice while the fight is still going on? Why is Liu Kang king of an idiot? Jesus Christ has the success of Marvel taught them nothing? You donât try and make ridiculous IPs make sense and work in a real setting. You lean all the way into them and people will love them for that. Stupid ass movie. -
Jesus yaâll really let a 2 paragraph impression from a trophy hunting website shrivel your balls.

Television Shadow and Bone on Netflix
Mercury33 replied to Mercury33's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
4 episodes in and I like it even more. The secondary storyline(heist one) is really coming into its own and has had some very funny moments. Its interesting in that so far there isnât really any kind of singular antagonist. Thereâs a bunch of threats that are seen or talked about but no big bad. All of the characters are genuinely likable and by episode 4 it has hit a few emotional notes that surprisingly feel earned for how early it is. Im told thereâs a trilogy and then another 2 books that tell a different story in the same world and that the show is combining the two stories to tell at the same time. Iâm assuming thatâs why thereâs the main character storyline and then the heist style storyline. Def gonna check out the books when we finish the season. -
Anyone else check this out? Went up on Netflix last night. 8 episode 1st season. I know absolutely nothing about the books other than they fall into that YA Fantasy genre. Which usually means the adaptions are either really good or absolutely cringe CW quality. This appears to be the former. Watched two episodes and I like how the story is broken into two parts. Youâve got the kinda sentimental serious/magical story on one side. And then a sorta Oceans 11 type story on the other side. I also really like that they pretty much just dump you into the story. Thereâs a very small amount of exposition at the begging and then itâs full steam ahead, figure out who everyone is and whatâs going on by yourself haha. I like it doesnât waste 3 episodes slowly building up the world. No idea if this is a pretty straight up translation or more of a kind of accompaniment to the books the way the His Dark Materials show is. But Iâm liking it a lot so far. Curious what book readers think.

Keep your unwarranted negativity to yourself. Booo this man. Booooooooo -
huh? The first 3 areas are drastically different from each other. A good run only takes 30-35 minutes how diversity did you want in that period of time?

Also not technically an 80âs show but it ran from 92-93 which was still that Saturday Morning era. This theme absolutely fucks!!! The toys were amazingly badass too -

That documentary is fantastic. Love that they actually went into the movie and the later series. -
That lightening perk really is so awesome. The best part is that it makes absolutely zero logical sense. Thereâs nothing that explains it or even hints that it should be possible. Instead âhey you know what would be cool? Fucking lightning bulletsâ đ

I didnât check the options. You adjust brightness, red/blue, and turn HDR on/off before you start. I couldnât tell if ray tracing was on. There wasnât anything really super reflective in the village.
