People really read way more into these stories than they need to.

I couldn’t find a thread on this yet but if one exists feel free to delete this one I am soooooooo excited for this. I have some friends that raves about the web series but I’ve always been to lazy to check it out. The animation looks fantastic and the early reviews are that it’s really really good.

Where are you getting that Saidin and Saidar are one single power from? I think 8 and to an extent 7 were weird because they were the two post covid episodes and they got blind sided by the actor playing Mats departure.

Well, Blizzard before their tidal wave of talent departures was that way. It remains to be seen what current Blizzard is capable of. If Apple without Jobs is any indication then meh

Wheel of Time was up there till the finale. Now I’m in the cautiously optimistic camp for season 2. Foundation is probably my favorite show on any of those lists period. Manifest and the Nevers I think are also very good.

Pass

As much as it will pain me I think I’m gonna wait till after Elden ring to play this. Souls games are just too much fun to play along with the community for the first time as opposed to catching up later.

That Ongoing:Mixed category has some really fantastic shows in it. People are morons.

I have an S over an X because… I didn’t want to spend another $500 after just getting a PS5 Xbox is basically my MP machine. PS is my single player machine. i dont care as much about graphics in games like Madden and CoD

I was part of the OG wave getting Ritalin back in the day. There was still a difference back then. ADD if you can’t pay attention/figit. ADHD if you were super hyper too. I just “had” ADD so it’s habit for me to still refer to it that way.

Sort of related. I didn’t realize WoW was down under 1 million monthly users. Or around there. I assumed it was still chugging along. FF14 really was that WoW killer everyone was predicting for 20 years. I’m assuming MS might make WoW subscriptions part of gamepass to try and jump start it again.

We went down this road already with The Witcher, GoT and Wheel of Time. It’s almost like, when major production houses, throw lots of money at talented people who love the non YA source material…good shows happen.
