Well, I’m not upset, but I think it’s reasonable to be a little disappointed that we don’t really have any dates for any major Nintendo releases outside of yoshi which is late March. It is about time for Nintendo to show some of their hand for this year I’d think.

I mean if it was just using a phone I’d imagine the process to rescan after you move stuff around. I don’t know, I’m not constantly shifting furniture around, not sure how many people do that so often to be a death kneel for the tech.

Since illumaroom only needs the kinect once to scan the room, I could see in the future it still happening in some form. Perhaps once the face scanning technology/ar initiatives expand on phones we could use our phone to scan the room layout. At that point all they would have to do is sell a sleek low cost high fov low res projector and portable projector technology is also improving and going down in price. It wont happen with the launch of next gen or anything but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it or something similar to appear to customers some day. I think it’s too cool and theoretically easy to set up to die.

Nope! That’s the thing, it’s not even really rtx (though it also hurts) as much as lack of dlss that will hurt these. On a lot of big name games that will be using dlss, the 2080 will scorch it.

1620p reconstruction, no wonder it was so damn blurry on X. I’ll be playing on pc, but hope the 4k/30 option is native for those on X/pro. I almost feel like just a regular native 1080p image would be sharper than what they are using here. Interestingly, to their last point, I didn’t have a drop from 60fps in my playthrrough on pc, thought I suppose I could have missed that hallway, or it’s just because of my oc.

If you are so concerned about things you said in the past why are you on here talking about how you used to say terrible shit that has to be removed.

There is a trainer available, you can find it with a quick google, idk if we can link that sorta thing here or not. You run it in the background and hit 1 on the number pad to reset the timer. I just would remind myself to hit it every so often as I played. Of course, with a trainer, I have to throw in a caution to be careful for a virus with such a thing.
