But AC and Far Cry both follow the exact Ubi template they said they wanted to change. Surely any big AAA 2020 release is too far along to change up. My guess is Far Cry and AC are both going to be as Ubisoft as ever.

I'll be honest. I'm so burned out on Batman and the same five villains he fights every single time, I couldn't care less about anything concerning him... but.... If they did a "soft reboot" of Batman and it was in the style of Adam West in the 60's in all of its cheesy glory, I'd be all over it.

He's at his best (and most tolerable) when he's part of a larger group discussion or when doing an interview because he always had valid points but when he just started doing the thing where he just talked to the camera, that was it for me.

Yeah. I only have one Switch and I can tell you right now my wife and I sharing the same island would be an absolute nightmare. Mainly for me.

Yeah. Nintendo's always been pretty anti-consumer but this new angle where they want all the kids in a household to have their own Switch, going so far as to gimp several of their games to only support a single save file is pretty shitty. I think the Switch is a decent device but i kinda feel like i shouldve stopped supporting Nintendo a long time ago.

I do believe it has couch co-op. But you're still only stuck with one fucking island though, so if you dont want to share, you're SOL.

I do hope they scale down the loot a tad. I think 80% of my time in Torchlight 2 has been spent just sifting through equipment and flagging things to sell. I would be okay with fewer, but more meaningful loot drops.

Helpful hint: You don't need to use the futuristic DMR to do damage to the terminators. You just need it to finish them off. Get yourself a good LMG that you've upgraded, switch over to your assault class and equip whatever perks tickle your fancy, and hose the shit out of them. Switch over to the DMR once their "core" is exposed and the health meter changes. Then finish them off.

I didn't even get killed by the Terminator.. it was the seemingly endless stream of other guys that kept showing up every time i try to take one out. Seriously, WTF.

I actually took the back buttons off my Elite. I have a tendancy to squeeze the controller and i kept inadvertently pressing buttons. I thought i could train myself to not do that but i dont play competitively so there really wasnt much motivation. The PS4 controller sits more awkwardly in my hand too, so this attachment just seems like it would complicate things lol.

I don't know why, but in a series that has had giant centipedes, snakes, zombie sharks, scorpions, sentient leeches, etc etc etc, werewolves just seem like a tad much. Also, i dont want another stalker enemy. With RE2 and RE3 remakes being so close together, i just feel like another stalker endmy in RE8 would be overkill

I have over a hundred hours into the game... I've kinda ran out of things to do. I finally stopped playing over frustration with Ubi not providing the updates they were promising. The game is just now getting the update that was promised in mid-December and it's not even the major revamp they were talking about. I'll come back for the Terminator event because there will actually be something else to do now, at least until they re-work the game.

I'm 100% OK with this.
