The narrative isn't quite that linear in terms of locations.... Even after you first travel to Skellige, you'll still need to spend time in Novigrad. Have you crafted Witcher Gear yet? Where the pacing fell off for me, was that I decided to spend some time cleaning up my Witcher contracts and collecting the diagrams for the Witcher Gear. I collected all the sets, even though I have only ever crafted one (for each of the original sets, one is light, one is medium and one is heavy). So, I probably partially did it to myself.

While, IMHO, the narrative is one of the best of any game I have played. There are (more than) a few places where I got frustrated with the pacing of the game. For example, during the "Blood and Wine" expansion -- there is a secondary mission called "Paperchase" where you literally are going between bureaucrats in a bank trying to get the proper forms filled out so you can withdraw your money.

So if the rumour is true, the 6800 XT (3080 competitor) wouldn't be able to keep up with the 3070 in Ray Tracing -- even if DLSS is ignored. If that is true, AMD AMD'd again.

The real question: 1) How does it compare in Control with RT turned on? 2) How does it compare in Watch Dogs: Legion with RT turned on? That will give us an idea of the real performance going FORWARD, where RT is a big deal.

Yes. It's probably even more important on Dirt Rally than Dirt.

120 fps is huge for people who are big into racing games. Reducing lag/latency are key to improving lap times, and getting better at the racing. But most of the people being critical aren't actually into racing games, and just want to see pretty graphics.

This is not a game you're going to want to play on Day 1 -- wait for the bug fixes.

In theory, something like a rebreather would prevent the bubble problem. However, I thought they were doing facial motion capture underwater -- not sure you can do that with a huge tube sticking out of your mouth.

So this makes 6 players sent home yesterday. Today will be interesting. How can the NFL justify delaying games for the Titans, allowing them to get healthy (and win), then potentially having the Raiders playing with 2nd/3rd string OL?

NDP's results in the last election were pretty much their worst since 2000, and they're down 3 points in recent polls from that level. The NDP wants to grow the party to form a government, not fade out of existence.
