I'm starting to play the multiplayer -- there are a lot of BAD players out there. My favourite loadout for Dogfight is the A-Wing, with rapid-fire cannon, a combination of seeker mines (great for dropping after someone shoots a missile at you, more often than not they are killed by the mines), and quick-lock on missiles. Seems to really get more than my fair share of kills.

Maybe - rho is something the modelers really like. If super spreaders are as much a part of the disease as some people think - the infectiousness of Covid may vary quite a bit between different hosts. In reality, most experts will admit we don’t understand how Covid is spread, what size droplets spread it or even how/why super spreaders exist. It might even suggest that rho is largely irrelevant for Covid.

Hurst was not at the Waller charity event. Given the Covid-19 rules the NFL has, he may not have even tested positive himself. It may have just been a close personal contact.- 54 replies

Add on: In Ontario, where I live -- the fatality rates (based on government reporting) are: Under 20 -- .02% 20s -- .04% 30s -- .09% 40s -- .37% 50s -- 1.23% 60s -- 5.00% 70s -- 15.92% 80s -- 28.29% 90s -- 37.08% Some researchers have suggested that because of lack of testing, those rates (particularly those for younger people) may be overstated by a factor of 7-8.

The severity of Covid-19 and fatality rate varies significantly by age -- if you are under 30, you are likely to be asymptomatic and unlikely to have any significant negative health outcomes unless you already have significant health issues that make you susceptible to the infection. If you are over 90, you are more likely than not to die from the disease. Some studies have even shown that the "comorbidities", such as obesity, pulmonary issues, etc., don't become statistically significant unless the patient is above 65. Because of the amount of asymptomatic infections, and the general lack of testing, the amount of people who have truly been infected is unknown -- and estimates from reputable infectious disease experts vary wildly.

To your point, new federal leaders normally try to run in seats they have a (very) high probability of winning.

Papineau is a Liberal stronghold, which they've held in every election since 1953 (except 1) -- where they lost to the Bloc by 2.5 ppt.

Finally completed all of the missions, there were some interesting set-pieces/levels. Nothing compared to the variety in an Ace Combat game, but a decent amount nonetheless. Time to try and delve into the multiplayer. I haven't really played any modern space combat games -- but I find it strange how effective "yaw" (moving your nose to the left/right) is during combat. In plane combat games, to turn quickly, I tend to "roll" towards the plane and then use "pitch" (pulling back on the stick) to line them up. It's somewhat strange to be able to effectively "yaw" into them -- which is probably why Motive put the "yaw" on the right stick. It makes the controls on a gamepad much easier, and even though I haven't tried it, I would think that it would make it harder to play with a plane-oriented HOTAS.

Annamie Paul, New Green Party Leader, Brushes Off Jagmeet Singh Not Offering ‘Leader’s Courtesy’ Burnaby South is/was an NDP stronghold that the Greens had no shot of really influencing. Toronto Centre is a Liberal stronghold that has occasionally swung NDP. A fringe party like the Greens shouldn't expect parties to gift them a seat that they've never realistically contended for.

This is a total tangent -- but I'm not sure that is the case in Toronto. Mississauga (and all of the other GTA suburbs) actually have higher residential property tax rates than Toronto, and Mississauga has a net amount of people commuting into it from Toronto. But that's a discussion for a different thread.

Brampton is actually worse than Toronto on a per capita basis -- which is masked because Ontario only reports "Peel", but you can see the breakdown on the Peel site. That said, the Waterfront/Little Portugal areas of Toronto and the area near York University/Rexdale are on fire. I'm concerned that they are looking at these huge Public Health Units like Toronto and Peel, and missing huge outbreaks that are happening in certain neighbourhoods. They should have clamped down on Brampton/Waterfront weeks ago.
