  1. Save 100% on Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure on Steam STORE.STEAMPOWERED.COM Smash skeletons, defeat dragons, and battle giant golems in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure. Experience the acclaimed 2013 quest that started it all in this standalone campaign jam-packed with fantasy, fun, and mountains of magical loot! I was about to post that some game is free on Steam but I don't remember which since I added it earlier and Steam doesn't send an email when you add free games to your account but I managed to remember on the second pass through my Steam Library.
  2. Yeah, the story is fine on it's own. If you want, you can just stop immediately at the credits of the last episode rather than watching post credits scenes since they're now pointless.
  3. Figment is also free on GOG. It was free in the past on EGS but doesn't appear to be now.
  4. I'm giving Final Fantasy Dimensions another chance. I started it years ago but lost my saves after an update and then rage quit. It's unlikely there'll be any updates now and in any case there's now an option to backup saves to the cloud.
  5. Finished Arietta of Spirits. A bit short but mostly fun. It sucks that the end game escape was a bit of a pain and I spent a fair bit of time trying to find the last spirit cub with out success as a it makes for a rather negative end to what was mostly a positive experience.
  6. The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers Extended Editions had issues (I think the sound cut, skipped lots of frames and the picture had digital noise) in the last few minutes of disc 1 that required me to stop and restart my LG player (I ejected the disc to inspect and put it back in) to get past. Didn't have a problem with The Return of the King.
  7. Finished Axiom Verge 2 except for a few items I'm missing. Early on it was really annoying and I often had a hard time finding out where to go next (the marker on the map isn't much help if you can't find out how to get to it) but once I got the hang of it I enjoyed it.
  8. Played Axiom Verge 2 until the power went out. Played a bit of Final Fantasy Dimensions until the power came back. After supper I started Axiom Verge 2 and got to where I think I was and started thinking that given the series' connected dimensions and all that it would make sense if the power went out again while at the same spot. That's exactly what happened. Just came back on so hopefully it stays on at least long enough to get out of that area and save.
  9. Start Axiom Verge 2. Started good, then got really annoying but I think I'm getting the hang of things now.
  10. Finished Kena: Bridge of Spirits. I really liked it except for the combat (especially trials and bosses). I started off on standard difficulty but got fed up with things like getting hit from off screen because the camera is too close to Kena. Dropped down to Story Mode difficulty and enjoyed it enough to play it again via new game plus.
  11. All your base are belong to us. Zero Wing on Steam STORE.STEAMPOWERED.COM Defend the galaxy from vicious space pirates! Seize your foes and fire them back at their allies for devastating destruction in Toaplan's legendary horizontal arcade shooter and source of the popular meme "All your base are belong to us." Now on PC with all-new features and quality-of-life bonuses!
  12. Steve Butts, Tal Blevins and anyone else who either left in disgrace or has allegations of sexual harassment against them. Unrelated to the above, try idolminds and dial-up.
  13. Try it with IGN staff instead of boards. The ones who left in disgrace or are still there somewhere, but there are disturbing reports about them.
  14. It's been a while since I played the first one, but I think I enjoyed 2 more.
  15. I think they're the best of the Zelda clones. A Link to the Past is better but Blossom Tales is a good tribute.
  16. I played some sort of math game on an early Apple at school. First PC I had was a used Vic 20, one of the first if not the first games I played on it was Radar Rat Race. Later on I played Cross Country Canada and the Apple II GSes at school. When I got my first x86 PC, the first game I played was Command & Conquer 2.
  17. I added it to my watchlist when I saw Final Season and started watching shortly after "new" stopped appearing and found out the hard way that it wasn't over. Same surprise with the next part. They should call part 4 Attack on Titan The Final Final Final Season for Real This Time Maybe.
  18. Finished the Weiss fight in Final Fantasy VII Remake which was the last thing I had left. Started Blossom Tales 2.
  19. They're made to deliver more power to new GPUs. For older cards you keep using the old PCIE power cables but without the new connector you need adapters to convert multiple 8 pin PCIE power cables to the new 16 pin connector for new GPUs. So ideally you want an ATX 3.0 PSU now since it will work with your current GPU but will be ready for your next without having to worry about the potential issues with the adapters.
  20. Apparently the 2080 Ti needs at least 650W. New GPUs like the RTX 4000 series use new ATX 3.0 power connectors. New GPUs come with adapters for the old cables but there have been issues with them overheating so you have to make sure they're securely plugged all the way in and not bent too much. So ideally if you're getting a new PSU you'll want an ATX 3.0 one.
