Its been proven that big food companies use scientists and psychologists to make their food as addictve as possible to the human body. You can eat ultra processed foods all day every day and it will keep you alive. By doing so, there is also a huge chance you will not be as healthy as someone who eats lean whole foods.

I feel my absolute best when I stick to 2 meals a day. Maybe stick with whatever the Dr. has told you for now. But keep this in mind. I feel great when I stick to that schedule. Wake up, don't eat until 11am. Have a nice healthy lunch. Don't eat again till 7pm. When you are just starting out you might think its rough, but that quickly fades and your body gets used to it. I stop craving all the garbage foods. The amount of excess calories people take in daily is staggering. Some people never give their body a break. Those hours in between with intermittent fasting really let's your body clean out and use up the food you're taking in. Just try to stay occupied, try not to think about food, and try not to use food as a reward. Like "I've been good lately, I'm going to eat this candy bar". The human body never actually wants/needs a candy bar so don't do it!

I don't hate it the idea but it looks like something they would try to take too far and the streets will end up swarmed with them.

Really hope that guy gets off easy. A short temper leads to so much damage. One guy dead, another facing murder charges. I imagine if he gets off he's going to have to pack up and move just out of fear that the other guys family might retaliate. The stress and anxiety from having to defend yourself....all starting over a bag of chips.....

A package randomly showed up from Amazon at my door yesterday. I open it to find 2 sets of speed stacking cups that I bought for my kids almost a year ago. Log in to my account to see the order was placed 2 days prior and a gift card was used and it all cost $0.00. Looked at last years orders to find there was a return opened on the cups so they sent a replacement and I need to mail back the old cups by the 17th. I didnt request any of this!! How does this happen?? Now I need to contact customer service. /rant

I feel like a cheaper car company would have been pulling these shenanigans before a luxury/performance brand. I could see it maybe being a good thing if it magically made the car cheaper in price. Having heated seats in some climates is kind of a waste anyway. But we all know putting a feature behind a pay wall isn't going to make their vehicles any cheaper so fuck them.

I didn't look up the cast/credits but anyone else notice the different looks El had as a child in this season? It seemed like a different actress played her in the beginning. Then later when El is getting her powers back, going through her memories getting bullied and such, sometimes it looked like normal Millie, then a few scenes looked like Millie's head cgi'd on to a little body.

Just finished it tonight. Pretty good season overall. Liked it better than the last one. I thought the Hopper death was lame last season. Then I thought they rushed him coming back into Eleven's life during the last couple minutes of this season. Like "oh hi! good to see you again, I knew you were alive!". Could have been done better.

Very sorry to hear. Definitely check into any and all options for financial help when the bills start coming. 10-15 years ago we had some hospital bills that were covered after we provided proof of income since at the time we were under a certain threshold. The back of the bills usually have a paragraph about it.

I rented and played through the game years ago. I liked it but I think the ending made me mad. I think you had to rescue a few people per level. If I remember correctly you automatically get the "bad" ending unless you save everybody? And I think because I rented it, it was probably due back or something.

I think only 3: Sing 2 Halloween Kills Top Gun I think the first Sonic movie was right before the pandemic. Pre-pandemic we would see about 6 movies a year. Now we just have so many streaming services we don't bother much.

Sometimes I forget we even have "next gen" consoles. Probably over 75% of the games I play on PS5 are just ps4 games with a PS5 patch. Have we seen the full power of a PS5 or Series X developed game yet?

Finally caught up on the new season. I had been kind of falling off Stranger Things, especially after season 3. But I really enjoyed S4 so far. Some parts had a nice horror movie vibe. Love how Vecna kills people with all the gruesome bone breaking. Not really a fan of the Hopper storyline. They JUST killed him off in the last season and made a huge deal about Eleven not having him in her life anymore. Now boom he's back. Meh...
