I always appreciate when someone gives two weeks before leaving so I can get the work distributed evenly and it allows training to happen until a new person can be hired. If a person straight up quits, it is definitely a bridge burned unless there is a justified reason. In your case, I would leave and cite their harassment as the cause to HR.

When I was young, I found a tick buried in my chest. My mom had to use tweezers to dig it out. My mom, who is a retired nurse, swore I had Lymes when I started to nap all the time. Even after a doctor would say no, she kept escalating it to another doctor. She finally got an appointment with a Lyme specialist. At this point, she had a mountain of tests and documents. Doctor looked at it and said “yea that is Lymes”. Got started on treatment and had no serious symptoms due to catching it early. I will always be grateful to my mom for not stopping.
