Heading into that appearance, Bautista has given up 5 earned runs all season and Tucker put 4 up on him with one swing. Mike Elias has finally built that in Baltimore, Kim Ng is on that path in Miami. The Giants also hired Pete Putilla away from the Astros, a guy many credit with the development of many of the player dev systems that have made the Astros pitching side such a factory of talent the last 10 years.
