Kal-El814 Posted September 17, 2021 Share Posted September 17, 2021 If you have a candy thermometer or something equivalent, and you’re not afraid to cook with dangerously hot oil (no shade intended, I do it early and always get nervous when I do it), it’s fairly straightforward to make good fried chicken at home.
