He's doing this shit for fun. He's way too smart to actually believe 90% of the insane bullshit he spews. He knows exactly what he is doing, who he is doing it to and why. It's all carefully calculated down to every word. He's willfully and purposefully making the world a worse place to enrich himself and his rich buddies.
