I’ll try my best but I got a mad load of backlogged films I wanna see first (I do mean first, never seen yet) that have just been waiting for receiver/Atmos sound to return. Dune 3D, The Batman, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, No Time To Die, Matrix Resurrections, Doctor Sleep, Intersteller , The Invisible Man and a couple others I have ahead of it. Sadly it looks like Heat is sticking with the old DTS-HDMA 5.1 track but I do hear it kicks ass. Just wish we got a newer Atmos/DTS:X track love for the catalogue release. Unless Mann is like Nolan and doesn’t like messing with anything higher then 5.1 for their releases.

Black Mass, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, Rango, Public Enemy, and the I think underrated Dark Shadows. Plus his great cameos in Into the Woods as The Big Bad Wolf and 21 Jump Street.

I literally have an unopened copy of Heat on blu-ray sitting to the side of me. I have yet too see the movie and now wondering if I should wait for a 4K viewing? I bought Avatar 3 times on disc but never watched anything until I had a 3D copy and projector to do so. WB is pretty good at upgrading catalog titles to the higher end formats. I even think Wizard of Oz got an Atmos track treatment. Sony a bit better in this regard for upgraded sound, and Paramount doesn’t really do dick. I just did a pre-order binge on some steelbooks from Best Buy (I have a problem) So I have Sonic 2 4K, Top Gun Maverick 4K, and Fantastic Beasts 3 4K. Last one was bought because I need to finish the set but really upset there was no 3D presentation of the film. Imported the first 2 from France because they offer 3D/4K steelbook combos, which I wish more companies did here. Very rarely happens but I’m holding out hope for Avatar 2 and James Cameron being able to bully Disney into releasing it. . . .it worked for Alita.

Yeah the Sony tv look nice but the UI just sucks and you have to enable HDR for the 2 HDMI ports that actually allow it. Which are slots 2/3 on my 55” 900f set and the “WiFi lost” keeps popping up on my tv and I’m watching an online show on their app with no other issues. In some ways I wish I had gone with one of he older OLEDs from LG a few years back but worried of burn in. Now my mom has a 55” C1 set and I’m a little jealous.

I really enjoyed the first episode and the Baby Driver texts/animated graffiti happening in the background. I also thought the cast was solid and so was the directing/editing. The power thing I’m still mixed on but we only saw the baby steps of them being used to their full potential. So far it feels like a nice breath of fresh air/take on a Marvel product and look forward to more. Looked great on my projector and that Blinding Lights bass at the beginning on my headphones was intense. Also did anyone else notice the Rent A Bro truck in the end credits?

I liked season 3 and thought the 2nd season was easily the weakest of the series. I’m only 5 episodes into season 4 and I have it right up there with Season 1, for how much I’m loving how things are going.

I have sort of held back on my main story gameplay in hopes this would be announced soonish. I want nostalgia and I’ll get that once again my buddies can jump online with me for campaign.

Maybe the Russian soldier conscripts are fighting/not fighting back to go against their commanders like the intercepted phones calls posted yesterday indicated.
