Lost in Random - Very few complaints about the game. Art, character designs, setting and music all top notch. Definitely Tim Burton inspired and devs pulled it off. One of my complaints is that devs used way too much fog. Not the good kind either. The fog that appears and disappears immediately when walking through doors Dark Souls style. Not sure why they needed to use so much fog. I honestly thought it was an early PS4 because of it, but it came out late last year! The gameplay is solid. I know some hate card based gameplay, but it’s very basic. You spend more time swinging weapons and dodging than you will playing cards and creating decks. One of my other complaints is that gameplay loop is relatively static due to card system. I still enjoyed it even with its limitations. I definitely recommend trying it out. It’s on game pass.

Ghostwire Tokyo uses the speaker on the DS in a cool way too. The voice in the character’s head comes from controller instead of the TV. Due to the proximity of the controller to my tv, it becomes a cool touch. -

Hope to finish Lost in Random over the next two days. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing it. Too bad Game Pass isn’t native on the Deck as it is a perfect Game Pass game. -
General Entertainment Netflix loses 970k subscribers.

I assume the narrative has changed because it isn’t financially viable to continue to produce a ton of content and releasing it all at once. I can’t imagine subscribers care much either way. -
Why this isn’t cracked down upon is beyond me.

Movies Movie theaters are elitist and expensive
Brian replied to Remarkableriots's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
The last movie I saw in the theaters was Avengers Endgame. I expect that to be the last movie I watch in the theaters for a long time. I don’t miss the theater experience at all. -

I would add Dreams and Sunset Overdrive to that list. -

I have decided to sample a bunch of Game Pass games until one clicked. Garden Story - 2d Zelda type game. I believe I was a grape. Grapes are cool but not this game. Skip Omori - weird but interesting. Unfortunately it was too slow and I wanted something more engaging. Skip Boyfriend Dungeon - dungeon crawler with I guess a dating sim aspect. Too much talking and not enough action. Skip Lost in Random - Tim Burton inspired action game with a card system. Fucking Bingo. -

A guy at work has been out for 4 weeks now. Got the Covid, stared to feel better but continued to test positive after two weeks, he started to feel awful again, got another positive test, and remains sick. He said the doctor thinks he got infected with two different variants back to back. Better news: second shot for daughter is done and she feels good.
