From what I've played so far, Ragnarok really can be justifiably omitted from a Top 10 list, but should be included in a Top 20.

I definitely agree that this should've been a movie or miniseries as those formats could possibly have avoided quite a bit of the narrative meandering that we've seen in a few of the previous episodes. That being said, this most recent sixth episode was by far the best episode of the series to date as it was the most cohesive in the story that it was attempting to tell. Hopefully this is indicative that the filmmakers/writers/etc. finally found their footing/confidence in the material heading into this season's home stretch.

I wholeheartedly agree! It certainly doesn't break new ground creatively, but it executes that well-trod ground absolute flawlessly! And the six episode format keeps things moving along nicely with little-to-no narrative fat to bog things down unnecessarily. By the looks of things, we won't have to wait all that long for the third season either!
