SpaceX rocket blows up in flight

Recommended Posts

Intentionally doe.  They successfully performed an in-flight abort test of their manned Dragon capsule.  Assuming all of the criteria was successfully met, NASA will officially certify the Dragon 2 to carry astronauts to the ISS a few months from now.  It will have been 9 years since the US had the ability to launch humans - the Space Shuttle was retired in 2011.

And Boeing can’t figure out why their rocket didn’t end up where it was supposed to!

It’ll be great to see our astronauts getting to low earth orbit without having to use Russian rockets. SpaceX is doing an impressive job.

If Starlink succeeds and they have all that extra cash, I can’t imagine what we will be seeing in the future.
