Consider me fairly optimistic about this one. The thing is, there really isn't a "PUBG Universe." The game is fun but its about as generic as it gets. Adding any kind of aesthetic to it will arguably make it "not PUBG". If its a good game, it could probably stand on its own without the PUBG name.
