I’m a bit late in checking in on this thread but I take it the ounce of possession is only for when you are out in public and not within’ your own home. As for seeds/clones, it almost seems like what we have here in Canada. . . . not many choices. I think people who grow already know where to go for seeds/cuttings, and people on the wall about growing/using will know of someone to help them get started. I just gifted over 45 clones to neighbours, friends and co-workers over the past month from my current tent grow.
