Where did we stand with Microsoft buying Activision and the threat of Call of Duty not being on Playstation? I feel like I read different things and now I don't remember.

Gotcha. I feel like I read an earlier rumor that only the next 2 games would be guaranteed. That made me wonder if this news would effect that at all.

This was bound to happen. Wasn't Vanguard and the game before it flip flopped by different devs because whatever they were doing was in rough shape? Sounds like whatever CoD they were making is still not ready. Jeff Grubb was right. Activision saw the writing on the wall and decided to get out now.

It is wild that a new COD every year has been such a reliable thing for so long. I’m sure there will be some big Warzone update and a lot of people won’t care that a new game isn’t coming.

I don't think this is really a guarantee and still gives them some wiggle room to not keep the games multiplatform. Especially with a title like "Adapting ahead of regulation"

MS: :troll:

I'm probably reading this wrong, but it still is, isn't it? They're delaying next year's game.
