If it's not possible, you need to revise your business strategy. The thing is, if I'm sitting on 2 or 3 checks that I haven't cashed yet, what does that tell you? It tells you that I don't really *need* that money right now. Restaurants have such a high turn around of employees it's probably not worth putting someone into their computer system.
