I don't think there's a solution that makes everyone happy. You take the dwarves out of Snow White, it's sort of a different story right? You leave them in, you get a whole other generation of kids with dwarfism being made fun of in school. The best solution is for Disney to stop making these terrible live action remakes.

Man if 2022 took Arnold as well, I'd want a do-over. I don't care if it's December. (please don't be prophetic) -

This move isn't about exclusivity. They'd be NUTS to do that. Shareholders would be furious. This move is about transitioning Microsoft's game business towards being completely platform agnostic. Profit off games no matter where they're released. It runs tangent to their long-term strategy of turning games into a service.

Yeah. One of the points brought up in the podcast that resonated with me is this idea of Boba "ruling with respect". I don't claim to have read all materials about the character, but he was a ruthless bounty hunter hired by Vader to capture Han Solo, and Vader had to specify "no disintegrations". Now Boba is being "hero-ized" I guess because... fans like him? And the problem they're setting up in this first episode is how can Boba rule the criminal underworld of Tatooine when he's too nice?

And Laurence Fishburne. That's right I'm still beating that drum! But also everything can potentially be made better with Laurence Fishburne. Being wowed by special effects is unfortunately one of the many joys that died with our childhoods. Not that we were all children when The Matrix came out... Alright better said, it's one of those nostalgic pieces of the past that we want to have back, and keep hoping to feel again, but now that literally anything is possible in film, it never will.
