    A Battletoads shadow drop would make perfect sense; it would be a Game Pass title so no one would have a reason not to try it. But, it's already been listed as playable at the event, so it wouldn't be much of a shadow. Still, i wouldn't be against it. There's no way its gonna be a major title. Forza 8 is a no-brainer for a Scarlet launch/showcase title, and everything else is still a ways off. Maybe that arena fighter pvp game that Ninja Theory has been working on?

    Now that the 1.3 patch has finally been released on XBO, I'm tempted to double-dip. I have it on Switch and the wife loved the shit out of it, so we could run co-op on the X and my base console. Its definitely worth throwing him another $15.

    I'm not a developer, but I suppose this is a good thing, right? If it makes that many assets available to anyone using the Unreal Engine, it could only be a positive thing for small devs. I mean, we'll still get our share of shitty asset flip games on Steam, but that's a given.

    Microsoft has it down to a science- nay, an art- when it comes to scheduling their Inside Xbox at the most inconvenient times possible. Granted, this one is overseas, but still, an hour sooner or later for me would've been perfect. But no, I'll be listening to the stream over my ear bud instead of watching it on the big screen at home. That said, Battletoads is apparently going to be playable and I'm praying the impressions are positive. This one needs to be good.

    I started out playing The Evil Within II, but then I began thinking about how I never beat Shadows of the Damned. I decided to try an finish it since it was the spiritual successor to Resident Evil 4 and the spiritual predecessor to The Evil Within (and it's been in my backlog for ages). Streamed it for three hours and not a single viewer!

    I'm gonna dig deep here, and i'm not even real sure if it qualifies as a "twist" per se, but it was back in Chrono Cross when... That was just part of it though. The entire third act of that game was a mind fuck.
