Sadly Warner Bros releases in Canada and a good chunk of other companies, don’t include the blu-ray and/or the digital copy anymore. We had a problem 10 or less years ago when a Canadian digital movie site go belly up and I had 80+ movies on their site at the time. Thankfully I was able to keep all but maybe a small handful of 2-5 movies, where they didn’t get a Google Play store conversion.

PREY 3.75/5 Beautiful looking movie (thanks Alberta) and I liked the traps and action for the limited weapons available. I also liked the more primitive looking predator and armour they wore. Neat having the white people not being subtitled for the French they speak, but we understand our Native Americans fine. Watched on Disney+ and thankfully included an Atmos track for the stream, and it’s another character itself and really sets the mood/tension. Great panning work with the Predator chasing from behind and above in the tree tops. I mentioned earlier that maybe they should Assassins Creed this franchise and have them face a different era of warriors. Would love to see them face against some Vikings, but up in the cold tundra like area.

Got Super Mario Wonder for a Xmas gift. Then I bought their online + expansion family pack for 1 year and I just purchase Nintendo Switch Sports because 1st it’s only $35 right now, liked the Wii version, bought it for my nieces, and can play them online I believe. They want a playdate with their Uncle hopefully tomorrow afternoon playing sports or Mario Kart. I don’t go easy on them either They beat me once yesterday and were surprised/happy. I bombarded by 2 blue shells and 3 red shells within 6secs.

I finally bought the online + expansion for my Switch. Bought the family deal and got m6 nieces, sister and brother on with me. SW-4488-1658-4585

I wonder if they say canon because they have original cast members of the movie reprising their roles. Plus we did have Captain Carter in MoM in that small cameo

Do most restaurants still have their own delivery driver anymore? Pretty much in my area (+200k population) everything is pretty much done by Skip the Dishes, Door Dash, or Uber Eats for fast food delivery. I think Dominos and a few independent Chinese restaurants still use their own, but that’s about it. Surprising to kinda see driver layoffs stateside, as I thought we were behind you guys.

I got and started playing on my Rokid glasses Super Mario Wonder. Boy it’s a pretty game that really rewards you to explore. My sister also bought my nieces a Switch for Xmas, and now I’m debating to see if my other sister wants to go halves on an Online + Expansion Family Plan. My brother also has a system but now lives 2hrs away. Be cool to split among us all and get some online Mario Kart, Switch Sports (which I bought them) or Wonder together with. Reminder that they have started dropping on Disney+. Had to watch Happy Saves Xmas and it’s a fun Marvel spin on a Die Hard movie, with Sam Rockwell back as Hammer. Plus I’m stoned and loved the animation/action with the very lively colours with the Dolby Vision. Plus voice acting seems better, even from Bucky in the 2nd episode. Skipped first episode (watch tomorrow) but did 2 and 3.

I loved IDENTITY and would love to see a 4K release with an updated Atmos track. I think that Bruce Willis movie HOSTAGES came out that summer. Sort like Identity in that not many saw but would probably recommend to friends. I think it came out close to that time frame as well. THE WIZ 3.5/5 Let me say I had a long day at work today (Xmas busy shoppers) and had a good couple bowls. This was on tv and started watching, and it’s the perfect stoner movie. Colours, weird shit everywhere and some great music.

I thought they kind of ended the Kang storyline very nicely (for now) in the Loki finale. I say move on and setup the X-Men. Cancel big Kang movie and setup an X-Men Vs The Avengers movie instead. Stark makes cameo and admits it was part of the problem in bringing so many people back after the snap. Also admits deep down he also wish there were more of them protectors of humanity, caused power/mutations gene when he snapped them back. Also like his Ultron creation, he warns that not all these people will answer the call to protect and use powers for good. If they did this, we could easily get a Man-Spider storyline down the line.
