  1. Ragnarok is a direct continuation to God of War (2018), so you should play that first otherwise you’ll be completely lost with what’s going on in Ragnarok.
  2. I’ve been playing The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel.
  3. While that’s definitely one of the worst endings in a game, Shinobi for Sega Master System is even worse simply saying ‘game over’ after defeating the final boss: Life is Strange 2 and True Colors are their own standalone stories and characters not connected to the story and characters of the first game. I agree, the most recent example of this for me was with King’s Bounty II that gives this message upon “finishing” the game: To be continued... You completed this part of the story. Feel free to resume your adventures and complete the remaining side quests or just wander around Nostria as you wait for the story to continue. The game came out back in 2021, and as far as I know there’s no DLC or sequel in development.
  4. I didn’t even know about it, it totally looks like my thing. It’s currently $39.99 for PS4, but I think that I might wait and get it when it’s cheaper.
  5. It’s just entertaining and fun metal music, the video is definitely meant to be ridiculous. Here’s another one that you might enjoy:
  6. I finished A Juggler’s Tale, it was a short but sweet 2.5D side scrolling platform puzzle game similar to Limbo, Inside and Little Nightmares. 2023 games BloodRayne ReVamped Fran Bow Little Misfortune Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories King’s Bounty II A Juggler’s Tale
  7. I started playing A Juggler’s Tale which is a 2.5D side scrolling platform puzzle game, and I’m really liking it. The graphics are gorgeous, and the game oozes with charm. It’s similar to games like Limbo, Inside and Little Nightmares, but I like it more than those.
  8. I bought it on sale somewhat recently, and played a little of it. Apparently it has had a lot added to it and improved since it originally came out. I somewhat liked the little that I played of it, but it seemed kind of complicated and would take a long time to learn all of its mechanics so I stopped playing it. I might try it again in the future, but I’m not sure that it’s going to be my thing.
  9. I started playing XEL, and I’m enjoying it. It’s a cartoonish and colorful isometric view sci-fi action adventure game with light puzzle solving.
  10. Great song, and funny video. Hopefully their new album is coming soon.
  11. I finished King’s Bounty II which ended extremely abruptly, I got this message at the end: To be continued... You completed this part of the story. Feel free to resume your adventures and complete the remaining side quests or just wander around Nostria as you wait for the story to continue. So it turns out that the game isn’t complete, it ends only partway through the story. It came out back in 2021 and there hasn’t been any mention of them working on DLC or a sequel, so it seems unlikely that the story is ever going to continue at this point. I really enjoyed the game, but they could have and should have ended the story where the game ends. However, for some reason they decided to leave the story incomplete and give that message at the end instead of providing an actual ending. 2023 games BloodRayne ReVamped Fran Bow Little Misfortune Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories King’s Bounty II
  12. No, but I just listened to a few songs by them and I really like the mix of electronic and metal music and the growling male vocals, but the clean male vocals unfortunately ruin their sound for me since I’m not a fan of male pop vocals. If the clean vocals were female I would find them a lot more appealing.
  13. I like rock and metal, mostly with female vocals. I also like beauty and the beast vocals in metal/symphonic metal which is a mix of female singing, and deep male growling. I really like industrial music too, and some punk as well. But I don’t only listen to heavy music as I also like chill electro, darkwave, EBM and synthpop.

  15. I started playing Kena: Bridge of Spirits, and as expected I’m really enjoying it. It’s a classic style third person action/adventure/platformer at its finest. The graphics are gorgeous, they’re colorful with impressive lighting. The gameplay is tight and responsive, and the combat is fun. There’s also more platforming than I was expecting. The music is another highlight. Utilizing the little rot creatures for light environment puzzle solving and in combat is done creatively, and adds to the overall experience. It’s a fairly linear game which is fine for the most part, but there’s also no denying that I think that it would have been even better if it was an RPG which it had the potential to be. It does feel a little antiquated in its rather straight forward design structure that’s light on story, characterization and exploration. But in terms of being like a PS2/GameCube/Xbox generation linear third person action/adventure/platformer, it’s really good.
  16. You all obviously haven’t seen The Crow: Wicked Prayer. I liked Tiptoes BECAUSE it’s absolutely bonkers.
  17. If I was going to get an Xbox Series console then of course I would get the X instead of the S, but PS5 is the only current gen console that I’m interested in getting right now.
  18. I started playing Jade Empire which I’ve been meaning to play again for a long time now since I didn’t finish it back when it came out. It’s definitely showing its age visually, but the story, characters and gameplay still hold up fairly well. I’m enjoying it more now than when I originally played it, it’s like a beat-em-up RPG.
  19. A little, but not enough to get an Xbox Series X for.
  20. Of course I’m happy that the protagonist is female because as you know I don’t really like playing as dudes in games, but perhaps you can choose a male protagonist as well like in Fable II and III and they just chose the female one for the trailer. That trailer shows promise for the game since it looks like it’s going to be comedic, fun and whimsical. Unfortunately, I probably won’t ever play it since I don’t plan on getting an Xbox Series X.
  21. The first Fable was a big let down for me... Fable is a big let down :( | IGN Boards WWW.IGNBOARDS.COM Fable has been my most anticipated game for Xbox ever since it was first announced. The game's lead designer (Peter Molyneux) not only promised grand design ideas, but claimed Fable would in fact... ...but I really liked Fable II and III, they were closer to what I was expecting the first game to be like. I don’t think that they’re the best games ever, but they’re definitely fun cartoonish third person fantasy action RPGs that I still like to play every so often.

Yes, but my sister gave me her Switch Lite because she never plays it. That’s why I have a Switch Lite, I didn’t buy it. I’m going to buy a PS5 Pro with the generous donations that you all provided me with to originally buy a Switch OLED with, but said that you were fine with me using to buy a PS5 instead.
