This whole "DLC" situation is an odd one because the game normally is $50. The "Precious Edition" which includes a bunch of stuff (including the Sindarin VO) is $60. So really if they wanted to avoid this whole mess just sell the game for $60 the price of a regular game.

The lighting and raytracing do look nice though. I guess they can't pretty up ugly character models though.

Actually I looked a bit into this (at least for myself) and are you sure it's actually Mbps and not MB/s? Steam defaults to MB/s, you can change it to show Mbps which (for me) shows comparable speeds to the Xbox which shows Mbps. As for the server thing, yes I mean the "download region" - If the above doesn't apply to you maybe try another server, the one you're going to might be getting more traffic slowing it down. I believe you live in Texass and it looks like they have 3 servers so one might be better than the other. 🤷‍♀️
