So I have a friend who really likes Pink Floyd and Roger Waters. And I guess he's having some live stream show at a movie theater. So they asked if I drove and they bought the ticket would I be interested in going. So I said "yeah." I'm not actually all that interested in his solo material from what I've heard but I thought it wouldn't hurt one way of the other. Then they say his "politics" have gotten "extreme" so you may want to check that out before you go, and I look it up and see he is anti-Israel and pro Russia (isn't this kind of the opposite of Pink Floyd?) and I say oh it's "just" some antisemitism, but as long as he hasn't gone super maga, anti-vax flat earth I'm sure it will be fine and, pull your your Anakin and Padme meme, "because even you wouldn't go right?" right? Anyway I hope uh he doesn't get too extreme I guess. 🤷♀️

[Netflix] Hotel del Luna: 9/10 Hotel del Luna tells the tale of Jang Man-wol, a spiteful woman who had been betrayed in her past cursed to spend her time running the guest house of the moon. This is no ordinary hotel as it only serves dead people. The hotel is a limbo of sorts where restless souls come to fulfill the wishes they could never accomplish while living. Once they are happy they move on to the afterlife, and cross the Samdo river. Another reason people stay at the hotel is because the ghosts harbor grudges and Man-wol harbors a grudge that's over a thousand years long. But there is someone out there who can change that fate. The hotel requires a human "manager" to deal with human matters that ghosts cannot. Koo Chang-sung takes on this task. The show is mostly a tale of the two growing to trust each other but has some type of ghost of the week type things sprinkled in. The show is well written, very thorough with some lovable characters. It's mostly fun and a tad melancholy basically dealing with grief and sadness a lot of the time, especially with the invertible fate that all of the characters have to face. The budget on this show is obscene. Not only does it take place in the present time, with everyone riding around in Jaguars, it takes place in at least two other eras with time appropriate settings and costumes. IU (Lee Ji-eun) is the lead actress here and she's actually quite good. Overall I can't think of too many flaws with the show. It's a quality production that will keep you looking forward to the next episode.

I think it's less of where you're from and more of who you are. Just like black people would call each other nxxga 2slgbtq people would call each other queer. But when you're not in the group you're going to feel less comfortable using those terms. So for now there won't be an all encompassing term for that community. It just seems to be the less offensive term for people who aren't in the group to use.

A PS6 would be more powerful than 30 ENIAC computers. The graphics would be so mind-blowing your face would melt off your face Indiana Jones style.

I've mentioned it before but using the term woke, in the way they use it, is basically saying the n word but perhaps with a wider umbrella. @Ghost_MH broke it down pretty well. To me it is more offensive to say woke and all this nonsense than be up front about it. Like if someone said, "hey I don't like you because you're black" then thanks for making your intentions clear. Saying something is woke is just tiptoeing around it trying to put up a front. And let's not be coy about it folks who are saying, "I don't know what it means, why is this thing bad?" Context matters. If I said, "@Commissar SFLUFAN is a very akbubuq man. With his chiseled jaw, bright blue eyes and stoic expression. He's very akubuq." You could figure out what akbubuq was.
