The only thing I'd like rebooted are the prequels. Prequels could have been the most exciting ones since the story it's trying to tell I think is the most interesting. Otherwise, I feel like the OT characters are associated with the original actors in a way that's much different from other fanbases.

General Gaming A good old fashioned 'post your setup' thread
SaysWho? replied to Chris-'s topic in The Spawn Point
I still have nothing on @CastlevaniaNut18’s setup, but I was excited that we got a bookshelf for the books in our office, so I did some reorganizing. Gaming laptop is in the last picture. My Dreamcast, Switch, and Xbox are in other rooms. We want to add more shelves so I can decorate more with my signed game cases, but this will do for now. -
I've done 2 set pieces and they've been terrific. The story stakes in the second one were great. There's also something different about the combat camera which I like. It feels more dynamic? Something like that, but it's pretty good stuff. Also, the graphics are sneaking up on me. At first, I saw Norman Osborn, and he looked much like he did in the first game, or so I thought. But the more I see, with the set pieces and the water and the amount going on at once... the graphics impress me more and more.

I think the effect is more that everyone misremembers the same thing the same way. i.e: Everyone wants to sing "off the woooooorrrllldd" at the end of "We are the Champions" or thinking Lambchop's Play-Along's ending theme is "This is the song that never ends" instead of "This is the song that doesn't end"

We're loving that part of it on our end. We've been making some good money on our high interest savings. -
General Gaming ~*D1P's Games of 2023*~

As a South Park fan, Stick of Truth/Fractured But Whole were heavenly. As a gamer... they were really fun! 2023 Games Starcraft (using SCII Mass Recall campaign) Starcraft: Brood War (using SCII Mass Recall campaign) Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (arcade version from Cowabunga Collection) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (arcade version from Cowabunga Collection. Tried the NES version but the pacing is worse due to extended levels) Resident Evil 4 Remake Sonic the Hedgehog 1 (Sonic Origins Plus) Sonic CD (Sonic Origins Plus) Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Sonic Origins Plus) Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles (Sonic Origins Plus) Sonic Mania The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time Ratchet & Clank Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando Marvel's Spider-Man South Park: The Stick of Truth South Park: The Fractured But Whole -
Yup, they have multiple teams working efficiently. It's cool to see their release schedule the past decade: 2013: Fuse, Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus 2014: Sunset Overdrive 2016: Edge of Nowhere, Ratchet & Clank Remake, Song of the Deep 2018: Marvel's Spider-Man 2019: Stormlands 2020: Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered 2021: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart 2023: Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Even stuff like Miles Morales, though a different kind of sequel/spin-off, is a fully featured game; it's just not as long as 2018 Spidey. I hope they have another Ratchet or two this gen, though. Rift Apart reminded me that the series is the ultimate comfort food and, incidentally, really fucking good.
