Music Top 10 Albums of the Decade 2010-2019
DPCyric replied to DPCyric's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
Well vocals are a major part of my musical enjoyment and I really like Mikael's clean vocals. In Cauda Venenum would be in my top 20 and "Sorceress" would have been in my top songs list (and was what got me into them). I know it's blasphemous but I'm not a fan of the older stuff outside of a concert. I am extremely finicky with death metal vocals unfortunately. I don't want to spoil the band I mentioned I will send you a link and save it for everyone else when our top 10 of 2020 goes up! -

Sky Blue was in contention for my top 10 and Urn would have made my top 20. It was a good decade for prog but I hate to break it to you current Opeth is fantastic (actually don't hate to break it to you it's just the facts). Not at all surprised by all the prog it was an amazing decade for it and if this year is anything to go by it's just getting better (there is a certain extremely heavy album I think will be on both of our end of year lists). If I extended it to a top 20 Taylor Swift would have definitely been on my list. -
I just need the multiplayer to be good and I feel like 343 is much better at balancing multiplayer than Bungie ever was. I'm ok if they release the multiplayer ASAP then the campaign when it is ready.

I'm thinking about picking this one up I loved RS3/BA but not into Siege. Anyone here playing this already? -
I haven't touched it yet getting closer just need to upgrade my PC... Hopefully by the time I play it the basic loop is great too (I'm going to assume they will continue to update it). I've heard there was some issues with the VR implementation any improvements on that front?

@GeneticBlueprint I liked the Le Matos and checked out that Haken album (not my favorite of theirs but it has some bangers). What happened to the rest of your list -

I played the demo for Journey of the Gods and it is charming AF! I will be picking this one up at some point. Got a decent game of Echo Arena scored 2 points and I feel like I will be playing it a lot more. Also on a good run in Until You Fall had one of the heavier enemies almost wipe me out, got a health refill at the end of the stage and then proceeded to dominate the next enemy of that type -
You failed to social distance and now you are infected My grandmother played the Atari didn't know anyone with an Intellivision back then. I'm just digging this system design and I like 2D gaming a lot. Edit: @vaxick there is a glut of budget consoles now if it wasn't for the fancy controllers this wouldn't stand out from the crowd.

Cloudy Mountain and Nightstalker look great! Thanks for posting that video

It's $250 comes with two controllers (the special edition is more expensive), 6 games, games are targeting the $3-$10 price point and if you pre-order on fig-co you get a $25 voucher for games I believe. That seems like a lot for the price considering all the tech in the controllers. As for the Atari VCS I find it interesting because you can install other OS's but it's got a worse price proposition being the same price as the digital PS5.

So since this is Android based you can sideload most apps and use them on the Quest. I've seen people sideloading Genshin Impact and Gamepass (you can pair a Bluetooth Xbox controller to the Quest for this)!

DPCyric replied to Stickey's topic in The Spawn Point
I wasn't too interested but the video you posted gave me RS3 vibes maybe will have to work this into my budget. Is this playable seated? Safe for my lap cat (Until You Fall certainly isn't )? -
General Gaming What's your gaming budget looking like this fall?
DPCyric replied to HGLatinBoy's topic in The Spawn Point
Already spent over my budget on the Quest 2! New consoles will have to wait at least until Halo. -

So are the climbing and hang gliding mechanics actually useful or do they just make you a climbing duck? -

Awesome thanks Stickey that will give me stuff to watch at work! Today no playing Too busy installing stuff from SideQuest Edit: Does everyone have SideQuest set up now? -
What about someone who constantly gets slurs spoken against them that it makes them depressed and then they commit suicide? Not everyone is as tough as you seem to be and there is no reason for anyone to tolerate racist fucks. Edit: Not all kids can be taught how to have thicker skin some are more sensitive than others btw.
