Quest 3 will have WAY better lenses than PSVR2 and will be wireless. Mixed reality will also be used more with Q3 if you're into that. Apples VR headset will start as a glorified tablet with them confirming all first party apps working natively on the headset. And yes, it will be 3k. If you don't mind spending the cash and want a really good PCVR headset, look a big screen beyond headset. They just bumped the FOV to 110 degrees.

Knocks on wood JESUS, I've had my quest 2 running non stop, swapping batteries for over 2 years and never had a problem. People think im crazy never turning the thing off. Almost never had an issue. Im surprised when I hear issues like this. Also never had issues with VD, do you have a good router? Sometimes Oculus link works better for some. Might be determined on the brand of router. I must have gotten lucky with my headset, the thing is a beast. Super reliable.

Might be why some are having VR sickness. Some helpful tips.

Why wouldn't you want a nice headset? VR isnt something you'll feel out getting the cheap version. It can have the opposite effect, like PSVR1! My bad on calling you all haters, VR doesn't have any presence on this board at all so when it does, I can get triggered lol.

VR isn't cheap folks, even Meta was losing too much money with the Quest 2 and raised the price. I agree more software is needed, but the headset itself is a good value.

It's been beaten to death already, but 343 should just be dissolved. Loss after loss can't be good on the team moral. And hosnesty 343 was built around making halo special, when it already was. They took the focus of fun game play and put it towards "story telling" that just turned halo fans off. I'm pretty sure Bonnie Ross Green lit the Halo TV show AND the MC face reveal, which again slapped fans in the face. It's been bad buisness from day one.
