I just see it as the terminally online making a mountain out of a molehill as always. Would be nice to have more updates to the game for sure, but it's not even a decade old yet, so it honestly didn't need this remastered remaster to begin with.

What gameplay enhancements from the second game are the complainers looking for in this game exactly? Things like dodging I remember Naughty Dog saying they put in because they wanted Ellie to feel more nimble, and quicker than Joel given her smaller stature, so that's why she can dodge, go prone, squeeze through tight spaces, etc. The gameplay enhancements Naughty Dog talked about previously very well could have been the haptic feedback, 3D audio, accessibility options, and such stated in that video, and people got it in their minds they meant something else, so when it came out it wasn't matching what they were thinking they got all upset, and like the Internet always does, threw a tantrum. Now does that mean this remake warrants a 70 dollar price tag? Probably not, especially without the original multiplayer, likely because Sony doesn't want it competing with the new Factions multiplayer that's being developed, but Sony knows they can get away with that 70 dollar MSRP because of the whales who will buy it right away, so in that case just wait for it to be on sale at like $40. Unless you're someone who has never played this game before, it's not like this is a day one rush out and buy it right away game anyway; we've all already played it before.

The cops all protecting Kamala and the rest of her community from the Damage Control people felt out of place, and like copaganda in all honesty. I'm sorry, but that little bit felt just a little uncomfortable because in a show where a teenage girl gets magic crystal powers, that might have been the most unrealistic thing that happened.

I'm wondering if that flash forward was just for this episode as a clever way to show just how lost he became without Kim, and we'll still get a couple more episodes of early Saul transitioning into the BB Saul. Maybe not though. I wonder if Carol Burnett is playing Kim's mother if they introduce her now that she'd be older. I don't watch any previews in case they've said what the next episodes will be like.
