How the Pentagon Started Taking U.F.O.s Seriously
Brick replied to ShreddieMercury's topic in The Political Re-Education Camp
I just really want us to discover alien life within my lifetime. Even if it's just alien animals. Imagine what a fish or bird looks like on another planet. Even Europa, in our own solar system is covered in ice, but beneath that ice is water, and if it's warm enough to sustain life it could be possible that primitive life has evolved underneath that ice and is swimming around. -
General Gaming Goodbye Activision: Hello CoDvision
Brick replied to Brian's topic in The Spawn Point
It would, but I doubt that Naughty Dog at least would because they have stated in the past that they'd like to focus more on mature, grown up, story driven games now, ala Uncharted and The Last of Us. Still would be cool though if they expanded, and had another team go and do Crash as a break from the bleakness of The Last of Us Part III or something. -

A remake isn't exactly new new. Would Sony be able to buy back the rights of Crash and maybe Spyro? If Activision doesn't want to use them it would certainly help Sony out with getting more first party IPs that are family friendly. -
General Entertainment Bill Maher attacks Stan Lee's Legacy
Brick replied to Remarkableriots's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
I can also get watching a clip of an amazing play in a game, or someone testing out a new game so I can see what it's like, or even something new added to an existing game, like say the newest gun in Warzone, but tuning in at a specific time because Game Player X is starting his steam...uh yeah no. I get part of the appeal of watching streamers isn't so much watching them play a game, but because of their personality, but well way too many streamers have shit personalities that I can't stand either. -

I mean I don't get the appeal of watching someone else play a game I could be playing (unless it's like a tips and tricks helpful video), but fuck I can't stand that smug, smarmy asshole. -
Could this be the pizza to unite us all on a pizza opinion for once?
Brick replied to Jason's topic in The Shower
I most definitely enjoy trying new foods. It's one of the best aspects of traveling. -

Any particular dishes you'd recommend? I'm going to check what places around me might have anything. -

They really do have nothing else. Ignoring the Blizzard side of things, what does Activision have? Spyro and Crash, but that developer is now going to be doing CoD. Destiny said fuck off and went independent. Singularity? Sorry Raven Software but that game didn't sell well enough, and there are no second chances, now go help out on CoD. Sledgehammer, founded by the guy who made Dead Space, and could make another great action horror game? Nah make them do CoD. Activision is going to implode, and Bobby Kotick will laugh all the way to the bank, even if he did just take a 50% paycut. -
With Ontario opening up vaccines to all adults by the end of May, I wonder when I'll be able to get my second shot of I'm able to get an appointment for my first right away. My girlfriend got her first shot last month, but won't get her second until July 4th. I hope I don't have to wait as long as four months.

I am not sure I see the appeal of 32:9 for gaming. Maybe for a movie, but for a game that seems way too wide. I would like a 21:9 monitor, and hope 21:9 TVs are the next big thing.

I knew it was going to be that article before I even opened the thread.

I don't believe Starz is available in Canada. Even Netflix and Amazon Prime Video can differ from what is available between Canada and the US. For example since Peacock isn't available here we still have The Office on Netflix.

I've actually never seen the Raid movies. I really need to next time I see them on Netflix.
