I was half paying attention as I was playing a game at the time, but even going for strength, 30 seconds is too low of a rest period. That low and you're basically training for endurance. For strength and hypertrophy, you want higher mass, lower reps, and longer rest between sets. Even then it takes a long time to see results, which you could tell with the guy refusing to give a straight answer when Kyle asked him if he'll be like Cloud in three months. Not without steroids/SARMS/HRT/other PEDs you won't.

It's fine, but it has issues, chief among them nobody telling Jodie Foster that accent isn't working.

I was just thinking about him today. I do hope he can come back with success. Elysium was OK, I didn't bother with Chappie since I heard bad things, and can't stand Die Antwoord. Hopefully with this and the District 9 sequel he can get back on track.

I'm not sure that personal trainer is really all that well trained himself; everything I've seen says that for muscular hypertrophy (getting the muscles bigger) you need to rest 3 minutes between sets. Mind you Kyle doesn't exactly have all the proper equipment, and this is a comedy video, but still.

I looked some up, and they're complaining that the e-mails talk about how the virus is most dangerous to the sick, elderly, and obese, how early on they thought masks weren't necessary and wouldn't do anything, etc. Still beating that drum about how we never should have locked down in the first place, and should have just isolated the elderly and vulnerable, without really saying how exactly you go about that. Even saying that we should have let the virus run its course through the young and healthy, let it spread and have us build up natural immunity.

Did he catch covid from the workplace? If this company doesn't have property protocols in place to protect their employees maybe it's not a good idea to work for them...

Finished. That was overall a good season, but even though this was 10 episodes I still wanted more. I think it should have been split into 2 seasons since there was so much more that could have been expanded upon. I liked the one monster with only two legs showing up since that's a common boss from the games, and the fleas too. I'm sure there were other references to the games that I missed.

As long as it's a good one.
