I can see why WB would be hesitant in showing their heroes in explicit sex scenes, even in an R rated show. The villains, sure, but not the heroes. They worded this really poorly though, so of course the Internet is having a field day with it. I'm sure they would have also said no to a scene of Bruce/Batman giving it to Catwoman doggy style, wheelbarrow style, or fucking her while flexing in the batmirror American Psycho style.

General Gaming The Official E3 2021 MEGA thread! June 12th-15th
Brick replied to Remarkableriots's topic in The Spawn Point
Have to wonder what the Wii would have been like, and how the "hardcore gamers" would have reacted had the Wii been more powerful to justify a launch price equal to the 360, so $400, or maybe even $350. Maybe even a bit better motion controls too. I liked the Wii, it had so many great games, and of course part of its huge success was its lower price at $250, but had it actually had more powerful graphics, even if not exactly on par with the 360, but close enough, would gamers had embraces motion controls a bit more? Pointless waggle is bland of course, but aiming for shooters is fantastic! So much better than dual analog, and it's not like you need to keep your arm outstretched pointed at the TV the whole time; you can just rest it in your lap and use subtle wrist movements. However, since Nintendo went with weaker graphics, the gamers decided the Wii looked bad, and the games weren't good. -

Are you kidding me? He'll go to Iceland because he thinks it's colder based on the name. -

Where will Ted Cruz flee to in order to escape the heat and blame on his daughters this time? -
I thought for a second maybe Americans have a different Father's Day than Canadians.

For the MCC? Sure I wouldn't expect 5 to get added to it, but even standalone there's no Halo 5 on PC, meaning I'd be missing out on one game (even if I know it's supposed to be the worst in the series).

Damn it, Nintendo! Help me fulfill my sexual needs! -
I should pick up the Halo MCC on Steam to get ready for this. I just hope they finally port over Halo 5 to PC as well in time for this.

I was being facetious. Although I'm sure the mod community will do some cool stuff. I need to play the first with the Complete 2009 mod still.

I would not be surprised if that's in one of the maps, or at least one of the future ones. One of the maps in Battlefield 4 had a "levelution" trigger that would flood the whole map. I have to imagine at some point there being a map where you look out to the sea and see a huge tidal wave coming in. These weather events could go either way. They might be really cool to see the first couple of times, but then get old and annoying, and something the community starts hating because they just want to shoot the enemy team in peace. Imagine being on a really good streak that gets ended not through your own fault, but because a twister dropped a tank on you out of nowhere. I'm hoping they really do add to the experience though.

That trailer was so not indicative of the final gameplay experience... They didn't even show all the bugs and glitches that the community will have to make mods to fix and enhance the experience into an acceptable working state, come on!

Movies Ghostbusters Afterlife trailer
Brick replied to CitizenVectron's topic in The Performing Arts Centre
Based off that video I think this could be something special. Regardless of what you thought overall of the 2016 movie, and the garbage nonsense MRAs made out of it, it was a clear cash grab to use the IP to try and make money. This movie feels like an honest, heartfelt sequel of a son wanting to continue what his father started. -
Pretty sure I can honestly say I've never jerked off into a sock.

And not just because they both had disappointing endings Debated whether to put this on the gaming or television board, but gaming is more popular so here we are. -
Looks like a 2D top-down Castlevania. Could be cool.

That's not even an actual trailer. -
They might be prototypes, but given the game takes place 21 years from now, couldn't DICE just use what they think the finished model would be? Wasn't the XM8 from Bad Company 2 a prototype weapon? So it hasn't stopped them before. I suppose it also depends on the copywrite and contracts they have, but even then like other games do they could just not use the official names, and slightly tweak the look.
