I never thought Trump would make me miss Hilary. Sure she was a corrupt corporate shill, but at least we’d have some competence in the office. As I get older I start to understand @Emperor Diocletian II more. If you’re going to be a corrupt jerkstore fascist the least you can do is make the trains run on time.

Georgia Law Cant Be Behind A Paywall
Dodger replied to SimpleG's topic in The Political Re-Education Camp
Can't claim "ignorance of the law is no excuse" if you can't get free copies of the law, or free copies of the explanation of the law. -
Or at least I was until I saw the fucking things are all sold out everywhere. Anyway, a quick look around it looks like the best bundle you can find is maybe with an old game like Zelda or Mario Kart. I'd prefer to be all digital if possible, hows that workout with the Switch? How much memory would I need for like 20ish games to be installed? Also do they decent deals on the eshop? One thing that bothers me with Nintendo is how their games stay expensive until they do some sort of greatest hits program. Finally, of course game recommendations. I'd mostly be playing docked, so really interested in exclusives, and maybe some decent party games for the handful of times I do take it anywhere. But probably not too interested in ports I probably already have better versions of elsewhere.

I'm not going to play this until the PS5 super duper edition or system boost patch or whatever is available so I'm debating if I should hold off so it's not spoiled for me or just go see what the big deal is. Probably should just go see what the problem is because I'm going to have to avoid the OT thread for the game when it comes out and will probably see spoilersanyway

I’ve learned that If TMZ says you’re dead, you’re dead.

I'll have to check next time I make a food run but for some reason gas in the Phoenix region has not dropped like a rock like almost every where else. Cheapest I have seen gas was 2.40 a gallon over a week ago. But if you go to costco I'm told it's like 1.80. So I have no idea what's going on the gas stations around here. Though we are under one of the softer stay at home orders and when I do go out I still see plenty of cars around so maybe demand hasn't cratered in AZ as much as everywhere else.

So you're suggesting Joe Biden has been pro immigration since at least 1970? That's news to a lot of people. Most Democrats were on record for being against illegal immigration just 10ish years ago, it's not some rewrite of history. So I can see how in a poll of random people, not everyone trusts the new leaf most of them have turned over. When I think of a champion of immigration reform, I definitely don't immediately think of Joe Biden. Again, consider that some of the people that were asked aren't in favor of more immigration.
-
Remember when he was VP for the guy who deported more people than Trump has? Or when he said illegal immigrants should have to learn english before gaining citizenship while campaigning in Iowa this year? Or in 2007 when he was against Sanctuary Cities? Then again, up through most of the Obama years you can find something for just about every prominent Democrat speaking against illegal immigration. You should also consider the possibility some of the people they are asked are against immigration, so saying they support Trump on that isn't really a surprise.

Up until Corona Virus, the economy was doing pretty well under Trump. People aren't just going to forget 2 months ago we had record low unemployment and stock performance. Now maybe that's inspite of Trump and not because of him, but the average person isn't going to care. Also, Biden being welcoming of more immigration is a new stance for him, if anything you should trust Trump immigration more than Biden, as at least his stance is consistently terrible, where as Biden became pro immigration when he ran for president.

This either needs to come in at $199 or the PS5 has to launch at $499 for this to make any sense. Because if the PS5 comes in at $399 and this comes in at $299 it literally makes no sense to save a $100 to get a console less than half as powerful as the PS5, and the PS5 is going to have the lineup of games, at least at first that people want. A $399 PS5 with HZD2 and Spiderman 2 in the first year and this thing is DOA. But if it's like $249 while the PS5 and XSX are $499 then it starts to make sense. I always thought MS was waiting for Sony to reveal price of the PS5 before revealing the Lockhart, because a $399 PS5 really knee caps this.

General Gaming What's your preferred playstyle for games?
Dodger replied to Remarkableriots's topic in The Spawn Point
I care way more about achievements than I should, but for the most part I don't end up finishing most games. -
Just realized I probably get much if any Trump Bucks. Hadn't filed taxes this year because turbo tax said I owed and I've been too lazy to see an accountant to see if they can help me out. Then in 2018 I just remembered I got my relocation bonus to move to AZ which pushed my income to just under $100k. Bah.

We just got an air fryer, so far that has been good. She got an Instant Pot for Christmas but we still haven't used it.
