Chairslinger Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 The sad truth is that in Trump's America Burr did both. He both went beyond what he should have(coordinated some fact finding with the White House) but also not as far as Trump wanted(refused to deny in contravention of all facts that Russia interfered on behalf of Trump). It's frustrating to not be able to cheer this move against someone who pretty clearly committed a crime, but downright scary if it has gotten to the point where Barr will sick the FBI on Trump's political enemies. Better than 50% chance at this point that DOJ will indict Biden before the election. Quote

Oh just btw, today the Senate voted to let the AG obtain anyone's browser or search history warrentlessly as part of the Patriot Act renewal. A bunch of Dems voted for it. 2 Quote
