Surprisingly no. One of my friends had the sobering experience of finding out his girlfriend cheated on him by getting gonorrhea, though. That has to suck.

 

A couple years ago I got what I thought was herpes, which turned out not to be, but me and my girlfriend at the time basically both accused each other of cheating. It was a whole thing. Turns out it was a random infection that anyone could get at any time, I just happened to get mine on my pubes.
