Scalpers earned around $19m in profit. 30K Xbox's were sold on Ebay through Dec 1. Series X median price was $865. Series S was $469. Scalpers earned around $10m in profit. What irks me the most is that Sony has been tweeting shit like, "Thanks for making this the most successful launch ever!" type stuff. Ive been trying to snatch up any XSX and PS5 I can get to give to my friends/family at what i paid. So far, Ive gotten 4 XSX and 2 PS5s. I kept one of each for me and the rest went to very happy people. Im still trying to get more. It basically just alerts you when people are dropping a name like WalMart or BestBuy or Playstation Direct frequently. I just kept my eye on it today and someone ended up dropping links in there straight to WalMart's PS5 Disc listing shopping cart. In short, keep an eye on the chat to see what people say and they seem to have good tactics like those links.
