  1. "Accessibility" should mean that all players should be able to play the game. This comes down to the ability to make the same inputs as a fully able gamer. Special hardware, controllers, color-blind modes, etc. are good examples of this. And I believe all developers should make their game "accessible" to everyone in this manner; for this meaning of the word accessibility. Everyone should be able to make the same initial inputs regardless of physical disability. But that's it. As far as difficulty goes though...everyone should be able to play a game; not everyone needs to be able to beat it. "Accessible" in the context that "everyone should be able do/experience all the things in the game irrespective of skill" is only appropriate if that is the intention of the artist from the outset. No dev should feel like they *have* to compromise their work if they don't want to.
  2. I mean, watch the ref on that play. He's looking ahead to where the Virginia kid is heading. Once Virginia kid starts falling the ref looks back and the Tech kid is the only one there; the Virginia teammate that actually caused the trip is already out of the picture. It's just a split-second mis-read. It was a bad call, but I don't think it was malicious and I understand how the mistake could've happened.
  3. I don't think the Cavs missed a single free throw in OT either.
  4. The trip was B.S., honestly. But hey, shit gets missed. Aside from that I think overall this was a pretty well officiated game. Wahoo.
  5. Final Fantasy. Several of the NES/SNES era Final Fantasy games have iOS remakes available. Final Fantasy IV is amazing. Or if you wanna see where it all began (even though it doesn't quiiiite hold up) go with the original FFI.
  6. I didn't get to see it. How'd Lince Dorado look in the Battle Royale? Edit: Nevermind...I don't see him in there. I thought he was on the list.
  7. Yeah as far as regional burger places go, I was pretty disappointed the first time I had In-n-Out. Now Whataburger on the other hand...
  8. 1A - Taco Bell But aside from that I came in here ready to argue but that's actually a solid list.
  9. I think this is the most happy I've been for the second season of a streaming show.
  10. Same here. I got distracted and never went back to finish it.
  11. Frankly Taco Bell > just about everything out there. That said, when the subject of Chik-fil-A has come up around here, I find that many people are fans of the service more than the food. It's the one fast food joint where you are unlikely to run into the aloof teen cashier who looks bored, responds brusquely, and acts like you're inconveniencing them by being there. Whatever other faults CFA has, their employee service training is quality.
  12. Oh neat. I wasn't aware that they used to have loot boxes in Save the World mode. TIL.
  13. I wanna try Root but I'm apprehensive. Balance tends to be a real problem with asymmetrical games. Brass is a terrific economic development game. I've played it a couple times but don't own it. I might change that soon.
  14. The question will be; in the era of streaming with fewer people buying physical movies on disc, is the money they'll make 'selling' new editions of a film worth the cost to the studio to re-do or add new CGI effects in the first place?
  15. That sounds like every officer everywhere when dealing with smart-ass kids. I'm not reading race into this at all.
  16. Farscape was terrific. I'm not a real fan of space sci-fi at all, but it was one of the very few that grabbed me. I was bummed when it ended.
