    I personally have Steam installed on 3 computers -- 1 my (somewhat dated) gaming rig, my Surface Pro and a Dell 4-year old office desktop. So, 2 of my three machines on the Steam survey have integrated Intel graphics (they're used by my kids to play a couple of indie games they like, and Roblox).

    The fundamental challenge being raised by the game engine creators with the SeS is the memory, not the GPU. Lowering rendering resolution does not compensate for this -- at least according to the programmers at iD. It's easy to turn down the sliders on a GPU, but if the game doesn't fit in RAM, you need to turn down features. Huh? The big AAA multi-platform games aren't on Switch.

    Thoughts on Raiders first game: + Derek Carr looked good; Henry Ruggs looked good while healthy -- still a Rookie, called out of bounds on one long catch where I think he should have done a better job getting his feet down + Looks like Jacobs spent a lot of time in the offseason on his receiving. This is a good sign + Run defence was generally pretty good; solid stop on 4th down to end the game - Pass defence was terrible with very little pressure on the quarterback - Injuries might be a problem with starting/backup right tackles both injured, starting middle linebacker injured, and Ruggs injured

    The ironic part, is that his game is literally being developed on the engine being programmed by the other guys in this thread. And oh yeah, he doesn’t even have a dev kit for Series S or X.

    Having a smaller SSD would go against Sony's messaging: It’s a discless version [of PS5]. It’s important to note that, it’s essentially the same product. You’re not talking about any change to features, or any change to power. It’s the same product, with slight cosmetic differences, and no disc drive. So it’s all digital.

    I think you're right -- CoD/Madden/FIFA/NBA 2k don't fall very far in price being used. Old Madden is part of Game Pass. The people who play Madden want to play it with the current rosters, during Football season. It will be interesting to see if that 10% discount carries over when EA Play joins Game Pass later this year. CoD was #2 in last NPD, it seems to still be doing pretty well.

    Yup. The comment was that they were allowed to do unboxings, but were not allowed to discuss or show pictures/video of the card plugged into a machine / performance.

    Nvidia's RTX 3080 is in the test rig right now but I can't take my eyes off its white LEDs I had heard elsewhere that the LEDs were still under embargo , but PC Gamer is reporting that they are white.
