kids are fine. some are dipshits but most of them are fine. maybe a little odd. it’s obviously annoying when a kid is having a meltdown in the same place is you but it happens. parents likely feel worse about it than you do.

US History in school barely mentions bad things that the united states does. they also are supposed to spend a ton of time talking about colonial times which leaves less time for the 20th century because of the teaching standards. for example, coverage of japanese internment camps is an abomination. you might find one paragraph about it in a textbook. a lot of adults have no idea the US did that. World History is even worse. if you follow the standards you barely get to touch on important things. i don’t pay any attention to the standards so i basically do what i want

an 11-12 year old probably shouldnt be doing a jump that leaves them falling from 15 feet in the air. i would guess a lot of mx people would agree with that. mx is risky for sure but it should be safer than riding an actual motorcycle.

i think they’ll have to put out a few good things in a row and eat the losses on them to try and get the audience back aquaman made a lot of money though so maybe the sequel will too whenever that comes out

Anybody seen this movie? It's funny as FUCK. I'm pissed I missed this in theatres but you can buy it digitally. It's written/directed by one of the co-writers of the Crazy Rich Asians screenplay and has Stephanie Hsu from EEAAO. I give it my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION

movie was quite good. i didn’t rock with the ending as much as i hoped but really liked everything leading up to it

the whole song and dance is pretty annoying. having to do similar convos over and over. there are some women who are down to get coffee or whatever without having to prove myself worthy but some people just go nowhere.
