  1. Hate to DP here but the new update dropping in a few minutes has a 14 day XP boost for new players to catch up (which is fantastic since the slog from 35 to 50 is rough if you haven't figured out how to min/max the game)... AND a crossover even with Record of Lodoss War! Again I really want to recommend this game to anyone who enjoys SRPG's I believe there is even a good PC version of it if you don't like playing on mobile. The main campaign is a full fledged SRPG that you can clear with just the stuff you get for free. The game is also very generous about giving you summoning tickets and they main way they have monitized the game is epically expensive limited time cosmetic only skins.
  2. I was one of the top players in Rainbow Six 3/BA and I only ever played against a couple of people that were as good or clearly better than me (I imagine this game will be @Chairslinger pick as well!).
  3. I think most people just put "Pull Me Under" on such a high platform they let it prop up the album but it's also in my bottom 3 (with The Astonishing at the bottom ).
  4. Eh, I'm still skeptical of the single player campaign ever releasing so I would count it. Is it too early to add the next Batman game from Rocksteady?
  5. I might finally get the chance to watch some of it tomorrow!
  6. Hmm, I'm working 12 hours a day now (this is a good thing) and Ikoria just released on MTG Arena how will I find time for this?!?
  7. I used to have a major problem with the Dualshock until I gave in and became a multi-console owner now I appreciate it! I play FPS games on the Xbox and most everything else on the Playstation especially all of the 2D games I love. I spend maybe 3% of my time playing 3D games that require the analog stick on the Playstation. I bet you are an iPhone user
  8. I have only picked up a few systems at launch on the only one with a launch game that truly mattered was Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast (that game sold me on the Dreamcast over the PS2 and I had never owned a Sega system previously).
  9. The Umbrella Academy The Magicians The Dark Crystal Age of Resistance Russian Doll Carole & Tuesday Longmire Atelier REA(L)OVE Altered Carbon Sense 8
  10. If you really want to like 4x games give my recommendations a go. I usually don't like them as well but the added RPG elements in Endless Legend makes it a lot more interesting. Stellaris has Grand Strategy elements and it really avoids that feeling of making the wrong move. As for CCG's I was going to recommend Hex: Shards of Fate for it's fun F2P single player campaign and Faeria for it's added boardgame elements. Edit: I will recommend Metal Gear Rising Revengence again as someone who is also not a big fan of Metal Gear and Emo I think you will find it to be an epic hoot 😅
  11. With your criteria Sundered was going to be one of the first games I recommend! I will also back up the Gravity Rush suggestions it is one of the rare Sony games I love. Anyhow on to my recommendations: Stellaris- This is my essential pick for social isolation and it just received a major expansion last week. The soundtrack, sound effects and gameplay loop are almost meditative! Endless Legend- This is Civilization + RPG elements but might have a long tutorial (dunno it's been awhile since I started it). Vanquish- A great action game without all the emo junk you don't like. Now just hear me out on this next one... Metal Gear Rising: Revengence- A character action game with soooooooooooooooo much emo that it feels like a parody of the genre and is absolutely hilarious. Edit: Do you like CCG's at all?
  12. Tempest audio sounds amazing and will be great with PSVR. The difference in TFlops doesn't seem like that big of a deal I feel like art style is more important than raw power at this point. However the giant walk back on BC has me out until PSVR2 launches. I'm honestly shocked I thought PS5 would be my launch console and I would get XSX later but MS is killing it.
  13. I have been playing the mobile version daily for over a year and it is fantastic. The original story for the main campaign and all the maps in the game are high quality (the abridged story in the Time Rifts is solid too). I put less than $10 a month into it and honestly that's more to support the game than feeling like I need to. I believe the top two PvP players haven't spent any money on the game and if you just focus on the SP you really don't need to invest any cash.
  14. It's like all the Final Fantasy games post VI eventually you like the characters a little more (I'm saying try to finish it out)!
  15. Wow that is a strong play... I've seen them ride the coattails of other IP's before but I don't think they have this hard.
  16. I will apply! After the overtime stops I have a good 5+ hours a day to work.
  17. My schemes aren't really for getting rich just to supplement my income from my full-time job when overtime is not available. The trade school idea has potential... I need to keep my current job the pay and benefits are good for the area and the work is easy (I have a lot of physical disabilities that limit my job options). Good to know streaming is a dead end now so I don't invest in the equipment. I was interested in it because I am really good at MTG with a few top 8's at larger events (and lots of first place finishes in smaller ones) and it would give me a way to promote my website (there would also be a little money made from events I win). I just need to pull in a couple hundred extra a week to be doing a lot better. This is a good idea! But I rent and only have a bathroom and a bedroom 😂
  18. I'm making enough money when the overtime is steady but it's going to be dead for the next 6 months...
  19. I work third shift and drive Uber on the bar scene for the weekend! My full-time job I run a machine and do general maintenance and upkeep on it, I was the head administrator of a forum for several years and have good leadership skills.
  20. I have a website no money to advertise it, my overtime is almost over, driving Uber and Lyft hasn't been very lucrative... I work almost constantly and am getting nowhere... I have no problem working constantly as long as I am getting somewhere. My fiancee and daughter are in Thailand, I haven't seen them since April and my daughter just turned 5 (really am missing out on some of the best times). We have a lawyer, our paperwork and everything lined up for them to get over here last year before my job cut back on ridiculous amounts of overtime (I was working 7 days a week 10 hour days then went to 5 days a week with only sometimes 10 hour days). I'm looking for some creative ideas here hoping something comes up that I haven't considered (I'm thinking about streaming MTG on Twitch for one but don't have the gear for it yet)... I will have time to start doing some free advertising for my website once the overtime stops but I want to do more... I could drive Uber after work but not sure it's really going to get me where I need to be. I was keeping my chin up and doing pretty good with the struggle but my fiancee is rather poor and 6 months into our struggle it's really starting to get to her (I think it is because her washing machine died last month and she has to hand-wash everything...). I feel like I have a better chance of success this year picking up a little extra money driving Uber and Lyft, got a set of much cheaper tires for my vehicle and have a website (that isn't making me money yet) but I need more options... suggestions?
  21. When I get an Xbox again I will buy this... Jim Henson Company + SRPG means I am their target audience lol.
