Which car are all the bad drivers going to purchase now?
GeneticBlueprint replied to GeneticBlueprint's topic in The Shower
I don’t love big trucks but everybody around here drives them and I find them actually to be right in the middle of the bad-good spectrum in terms of driving ability and courtesy. -
General Gaming Proof that games are art.

Anything by Supergiant Games is what pops into my head first when I read the question and give it no thought. But I think pretty much all games are art. -
The chains aren't moving with age limits. The Hawleys and Greenes and Crenshaws and DeSantises still exist. The gate-keeping isn't happening at a government/law level. It's happening at the party level. The GOP seems to understand and overcome this much more effectively than the Democratic party. Age limits in professions are generally for physical concerns, not mental ones. This please stop mentioning ATCs people! :P

Yeah age doesn't mean much to me for politicians precisely because of what @SaysWho? said. While more likely the older you get, there are people all over the age spectrum who exhibit the health issues of McConnell and Feinstein. While ~80 Biden exhibits an intellect unhindered by his age. We have a mechanism for removing people who we feel are too old or incapacitated: voting. Apparently it's not as important of an issue for people as we think.

I really liked that open world Red Faction game whose name I can't even remember. Guerilla I think?

As a Mariners fan this pleases me.

There’s a Russian Orthodox church a few blocks from my house. Maybe I’ll check it out some time.

I said 'mediocre and/or bad' so I'm talking about his movies that--regardless of how I feel about them (I'm with you on Prometheus/Covenant for example)--didn't have great critical or commercial success. All that to say: with how good I consider him to be I'm surprised it's not just banger after banger. But a heavy front side of his career and then a lagging back side and then a hiatus... that's surprising to me considering how much I like him.

Agree Fassbender has some star power. But going through his IMDB I am surprised at how big he is considering how many mediocre and/or forgotten things he’s in compared to his gems. I wonder why he hasn’t worked for so long. I’d imagine I’m not too different than others who saw him in Inglorious Basterds and that was their introduction to him. I also loved him as Magneto especially in the first two installments of that X-Men run.

I don’t doubt that. Which is why the two or three times per year that I go* it’s right there at my limit. *My brother is somewhat of a well-known organ player in the organ world and he gets invited to play at various places for different services and events

I’ve gone from absolute certainty about God, to uncertainty, to agnostic, to full on atheist, all the way to militant anti-god/religion. I fluctuate between those last three depending on my mood. I just watched Sins of Our Mother on Netflix which hit kind of close to home. I was aware of the story at a superficial level but hearing the gory details was agonizing. So I’m in the anti mood the past few days. But still… I do find some sense of comfort and connection when participating in something like a catholic mass. I guess I’m just fascinated by something that people have been doing for hundreds and hundreds of years.

I can’t think of a question but I’ll just say top 5 avatar for sure.
