You should be able to. The issue is using PS4 saves on the PS5 versions of a game.

Based on past experience I'm guessing what is going on is PS5 games can't load/decrypt PS4 saves in the current SDK so there is no easy migration path unless a dev handles it themselves through their own servers (which isn't complicated, just a pain). PS4 saves for PS4 games will probably still be fine. I think if enough devs complain to sony they will find a way to resolve this.

F**k me I'm doomed. Rising outbreak in Toronto. Downtown core had 344 cases out of the 700 total for the province. This is the highest number recorded by the province even compared to the first wave. This is only going to get worse for the next week or two as some restrictions were put in place last week but won't go far enough. The DT Core is densely populated and GTA as a whole is 5.928 Mil so this has a chance of getting out of control.

What horse shit is this. It's a ps4 game. Sony is also trying to foster growing game development in china (which tends to skew to mobile gacha or PC or farm work for Japanese studios) into making their own console games. It's also coming to other platforms.

Things are starting to badly spike in canada again, obviously no where near the US but still heading into a 2nd wave. It's been pretty frustrating the Provinces of Ontario & Quebec have been sitting on their hands while things were spiking. Only recently did ontario institute some new rules (alcohol can't be served past 11pm and restaurants & bars must close at midnight) but they're really dragging their feet. -.-

I know others covered this but I just wanted to add as well. This is normal and happen even back for the PS4/XBO/PS4Pro/XOX launches. This is primarily due to the volume of units that retail will be able to process and ship out in time to meet the requirements for shipping companies to pick up and deliver for a user to recieve on launch day. It does not mean they oversold their preorders, Retail knows a rough idea of how many units they are getting but final count doesn't come till they get shipped to them. On PS4 launch I had a few pre-orders (one was for me and others went to coworkers who had issues getting one). Of those 1 came launch day and the others came over the next few days. One was because by the time it got processed to go out was too late for same day delivery by the post where the first one got done before the cutoff to still make delivery that day. I should also add that console manufactures are very strict, so retailers can not process orders in advance because they don't want the possible chance of some people getting units before launch day even though retailers will have their stock days/week in advance.

I only created a fb account because it was required when I did contract work. Now that that is in the past I only keep it around so I can video chat with my parents on their portal (yeah I bought it for them) and because it's the only place I chat with people about 1/4 - 1/8 scale arcade replicas which I think is too much/nerdy for this board. The rest of FB I don't give two shits for.

At least if you do get Miles on PS4 you'll get the PS5 version with it for the future. Better yet just don't and wait a year and it will be $20. I stop buying soo many ps4 games because by the time I got around to actually playing them they were already 1/6 to 1/8 the price they were at launch.

I wouldn't get too excited over that news. XB numbers are straight up piss in Japan. Like discontinued systems still sell better then it. So while the numbers might be an improvement they're still probably dog shit. Harsh but one has to be realistic on the state of xbox in japan.

Why play spiderman dlc when spiderman Miles & the remaster is around the corner. -edit- In my case I finally started Trials of Mana last night. I played through the demo but just recently got the full game so I transfered my save and started from there.

Thanks for the heads up but I can solder things. So my issues are more just getting in on a future batch (not in a rush) and getting a better ps1 to install it into.

Nice gets there @IdeaOfEvil. I want to pick up the ps1 digital in the future, just need to get a nicer ps1 to install one into (mine is pretty beat up and the parallel port is dead).
