So I'm thinking about getting on these for a Christmas gift. Could I just get the 64GB version and add a bigger memory card? I already have a 1TB sandisk card if it has a slot for it. And are the games roughly the same size as regular PC games or are they compressed?

Someone said it takes a while before any real action takes place, even more so than the first. That's kind of a bummer. I guess I'm spoiled by Control. -
How often are you having to swap characters and how is it handled? Seems like constantly having to swap back and forth would get old no?

I’d drop them today but I have family that watches, so whatever. But they lost A TON of revenue during the strike. In the end, we’ll foot the bill for their losses.

I do it every year. I’ll usually choose 2 or 3 games to hold onto until Christmas. It’s the little things man. I know it’s silly but whatever it’s just how I roll. I think this year I’m going with Spiderman, Lords of the Fallen and this.

My inner childhood is screaming for me to get this hahaha. Every review I’ve seen and the few gameplay vids I’ve seen look extremely satisfying. But I think I’m gonna wait for Christmas. Be awesome to have something that brings back my gaming childhood under the tree!

I’m definitely getting this but I’m probably gonna wait for a Black Friday sale. Maybe they’ll have the bugs worked out by then. Really like what I’ve seen and heard though, just too many other games coming out this month.

Mine took nearly 5 hrs and I have great down/up speeds. The same size game on PS5 takes less than an hour.

Yep. And some of what I've seen looks on par or better than the Demon Souls remake. Definitely looks like a true next gen title.

@SaysWho? Same here. I’ve added 2 additional TB of HDD space and some cosmetic stuff to mine as well. And the space mine is in is plenty large enough to accommodate it’s size. No need for anything smaller. For me, one of the worst “upgrades” Sony has ever offered. edit: oh wait that was @Dre801 lol

I tried it about a month ago and almost immediately uninstalled it. Bugs, terrible gunplay and the loot seemed to be a complete afterthought. Are y’all saying this is worth re-visiting??

I know I’ve said it before but MAN I wish I could just go through the entire game with one character. I’ve bailed on so many games where I was forced to keep swapping characters because of “the narrative”. But I loved the first one so it’s quite the conundrum.

I always thought the series was gonna move forward in time past Valhalla, maybe a medieval European setting or medieval Japan. I feel like Ubi is out of touch with what the fans wanted and this ain’t it. Not sure why one would even play this when we have AC Origins.

I usually go through this about once a year, usually during the late spring and summer months. But most of the time the AAA games hit in the Fall / Winter months and into the Holiday season and my interest piques again. October of this year is absolutely packed with games. Spiderman 2, Forza, Assassin’s Creed, a new Mario Game etc…just crazy.
