I've tried so many times to go back to this game and finish it. But I just can't. It's like a beautiful woman with zero personality. Fun for a moment but then the reality of tedious boredom sets in and I bail. Maybe that means I'm shallow but yea whatever, come at me bros.

I can’t find any reason to power up my consoles this weekend. Rather than try to force myself to play old games to pass the time, think I’ll just wait until Jedi Survivor releases next week. I got stuff to do around the house anyways. lol

This is where I stopped as well. And this post also reminds me why I deleted the game from existence. In terms of gaming, I’ve just got better things to do.

I’ve really grown to despise that website. It’s basically turned into TMZ.

Try starting with the Knight class. It’s a very balanced class with good defense. And if I remember, they start with the ability to cast magic as well. You may just have to purchase a spell from the guy in the nexus. Also, the sword they start with is one of the more versatile weapons in the game. Only downside is they slow roll because of their armor. Just put some points in endurance!

What class did you start with?

Been playing some Diablo 2 remake to kind of hold me over until D4 comes out. I dl’d it several months ago but never got around to playing it. It’s a surprisingly good remake.

My opinion, hardest to easiest: -Sekiro -Dark Souls -Bloodborne -Dark Souls 2 -Dark Souls 3 -Demon Souls

Yea I’d have to agree. The videos I’ve seen look like glorified DLC.

I thought she did alright. If you have a complaint, should probably criticize Capcom and not the individual. Tracking her down on social media is a pretty Karen thing to do. Some people literally never made the transition to just being an adjusted adult out of high school.

I disagree on that. I’d rather it be more Dark Souls but whatever. I’m not thrilled about having to play multiple characters either. Biggest turnoff in games for me is forcing me to play as sidekicks while I’m trying to focus on building the protagonist. It just ruins the flow of the game for me. I’m going to have to keep my eye on this one…..pffft I’ll probably still get it.

I’ve really got no complaints for the most part. But some of the later bosses feel like they belong in a Soulslike game with how they move in comparison to you. I was definitely able to manage. But like I said, a lot of my deaths felt like the game couldn’t get out of it’s own way. There were times I felt like I was getting pummeled while I was stuck in animation waiting for the run mechanic to kick in. Or getting knocked down and getting hacked to bits while trying to get back up. I was like duuuude! Moooooove your butt!

Haha I bailed on Wo Long for RE4. My dude in Wo Long is about to come up into the RE universe and slay every living thing in a jealous rage!

I’m almost done with it. I’ve definitely enjoyed it and will probably go through it again. But I really dislike Leon’s movement. He moves like an arthritic 85 yr old with bad knees. I did play the first one but man, I don’t remember the movement being this lethargic. I’ve gotten slaughtered so many times because dude just wouldn’t get up and go! Guess I shouldn’t have gone from Wo Long straight to this game. lol

Aww man. No more Peggle announcements But seriously, it’s dead. I think this closes the coffin. For good. Thanks for the memories

Quick question…does parrying damage your knife?

Ok, so I played this way back on the Gamecube. But I swear I don’t remember any of this. I’ve put maybe a couple hours into it and it feels like a totally new experience 🤷‍♂️

Dl’d last night but my que time was an hour so I bailed. Finally got to play this morning but it was really laggy. I guess the servers are getting crushed this weekend. But I did enjoy what few minutes it ran smoothly though. I can already tell I’m gonna be hooked. This game checks nearly all of my boxes as I’m already a softy for isometric ARPG’s.

Hard disagree there man. Dualsense is better at everything except battery life. And I swear if the input lag on Xbox controllers is pretty noticeable in comparison. Not to mention the xbox controller feels like cheap plastic in comparison and is just too darn clickety clacky. Friggin noisy controller. lol

I’m kinda set on the PS5 version in spite of it being the worst looking version. Dualsense over the Xbox controller is a no brainer for me. But I mean, it can’t look that much worse…can it?

Or getting a whole 10 dollars for a 1 month old game. Good times!
